This
is
one
of
the
old
settlement
and
an
industrial
estate
that
was
built
by
our
first
President
of
GHANA
with
the
intention
of
creating
a
community
for
the
worker
of
the
Harbour
so
that
they
don't
have
to
come
from
far
place
before
attending
to
work.
So
tema
township
was
created
and
I
can
tell
you
that
it
has
helped
a
lot
settlers
there,
they
now
have
old
and
new
with
new
expansion
at
tema.making
them
more
organised,
this
place
have
a
lot
of
good
Hotels
that
serving
tourists
and
visitors
from
far
and
near,
with
good
schools
too
indeed
it's
a
community
on
it's
own.
Anytime
you
are
in
town
and
want
a
place
to
have
fun
and
also
buy
a
land
or
a
house
I
will
recommend
Tema
to
you
all.
