Nima market. 🗣 shout it out to the whole of Accra. It’s one of the coolest places that I love to shop. It’s the best market to buy legumes and organic products.... and if you’re of the #muslim faith, you’ll have the opportunity to buy dresses and accessories for men , kids and women. Prices of goods are affordable. Better said, #pocketfriendly as well. There are shops that cell phones, construction materials, fabrics, shoes and more. You just would have to see the place or tour and complete my sentence. You need not worry if you’re just passing by for an impulse purchase. It’s always worth it. There are lorries 🚛 🚚 around to convey a bunch of groceries you buy. You can get vehicles Going to any part of Accra.,. You can access uber and taxify too... so sorry not If you’re not a a lover of the local vans , popularly known as *Trotro* There ain’t enough trees 🌳...so therefore, it really gets hot 🥵 during midday when the sun is fully in performance , unless the sky is cloudy . Talk of neatness, I’ll give the enclave 40%. A lot needs to be done about it. Since most of the groceries end up in homes.

As expected most food items here are fresh and less expensive compared to those in Takoradi. It's hard to find a parking place but some guys over there found one for me for a fee. Like every local market it's congested, crowded but you'll love the experience. If you're concerned about COVID-19, please bring along a mask but there's no social distancing for your information. One last thing, the market women, the sellers are very kind. Feel free to ask them anything.

Well my colleagues made a lot of noise about their prices but I didn't really see any significant price differences when I took a trip. but I think if you want to buy grains of any sort, this is the best place.

a very crowded location, one has to be very careful especially on the streets. It's a good shopping arena for clothing and vegetables.

Very busy, traffic jams here too, and no place to park. Cars are parked by the road sides at the mercy of mechanics and bank securities who try to help to keep an eye on the car for you. The whole place is always choked with big lorries bringing in loads of foodstuffs, and it's worse on market days. Road expansion will help and a general car park for all vehicles will also help. Amidst all the loads of foodstuffs, prices of food items were still on the highest level. An olonka of our own local Ghana brown rice is now selling for 40cedis. This is our own farm produce 😟.

Despite being one of the best places to buy grains like red and white beans, maize, millet, soybeans, groundnuts, dawadawa, and some Muslim religion-specific items and apparel, it lacks proper organisation which inhibits vehicular movement and causes long delays and unnecessary traffic. The streetsides meant for parking have been overrun by traders, so it is advisable to park away from the market (preferably near the Nima Roundabout) and trek there on foot.

Traffic. Cars go at a slow pace. Parking is difficult but achievable. People packed. Market is reasonably priced. You'll find what you're looking for. Just ask around

Nima Market is one of the busiest market in Ghana. You would get almost everything natural and made in Ghana. But the place is too crowded

A hustling and bustling market filled with every thing you can imagine, from foodstuffs, cosmetic shops, grocery stores, millers and more at either wholesale or retail prices(Depends). The downside is the place is very congested and noisy, but hey! It's Nima. Keep in mind, market day is Wednesdays. P.S: it's difficult to get a place to park if you're driving.

The second largest, next to the Agbogbloshie market for indigenous organic traditional foods stuff. Almost every king of locally produced food item is sold here. Items include; spices, grains and cereal, vegetables, fruits and berries, all kinds of meat, local craft etc. The market is open Monday to Sunday. The market is densely populated and it's difficult to find packing space for cars either than the narrow shoulders of the roads.

Nima market is the largest and most popular market amongst all the Zongo community markets in Accra. It is a market where people from various places including regions patronize because it has all that one needs ranging from foodstuffs, clothes, jewelries, both herbal and scientific medicines, etc. And the market men n women are very friendly and welcoming as well. If you need a place for anything concerning any of the above mentioned, just come to Nima 😉😄

Went to the Wednesday Market - very busy and lots of choices. I went there early so I could leave before the human traffic became unbearable. Managed to get my goods and leave before 10 am. Going by car on a Wednesday can be very hectic because parking is extremely difficult so I went by tro-tro and returned by Yango or Bolt.
