Shopping here is easy. You can easily find items and the staff are friendly. Customer service isn’t bad. Covid protocols are strictly observed.

Palace is a wholesale one stop shopping mall in Accra and this branch follows that description. However the environments at this branch both inside the mall and packing area can be improved to better international standard as well as air conditioning in the mall.

Highlight for me was the Blue Skies ice cream section. Well stocked. “Entrance” signage is a bit confusing- it leads to “The Outlet” and not to “Palace” itself.

Palace mall has similar prices with Kikuu. They have almost everything you may need for your home. Including freshly baked bread to fruits of all kinds. Quality equipment for gyms and kids stuff. Just pay a visit, can't write everything here

One of the most complete places to find your household products, a wide variety of food, vegetables and fruits, moderate prices, only it is located in an area with heavy traffic at certain times.

It’s a great place with many things for sale

The staff are now generally unfriendly and attend to customers in an unpleasant way and with a sour attitude. The quality of products sold is now either average or below average depending on the item. I bought a pack of bread buns and it had sand and ants on the back inside. it was so irritating. I didnt notice because i was in a hurry so unfortunately I could not eat the bread that day as i did not want to risk upsetting my stomach by eating the obviously contaminated product. When I first started shopping at palace tema, they had better products with a wider variety and their staff were better, more friendly and helpful. I think the management needs to improve on these areas because it has made shopping at Palace more stressful than it needs to be.

Unfortunately there are not a variety of food choices when I visited. The frozen food section was basically empty and maybe that is due to power outages or delivery. The fresh food section wasn't very inviting. As far as the other parts of the stores, there was an abundance of everything.

Well stocked shop with all you will need from home to gym to work to school. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lost my phone and the manger took time to go through the CCTV from the time I entered to the time I left to make sure I was sure it was not dropped at the store.

Palace sometimes sells expired products. Be very careful and observant if you want to shop from there. They scratch off the old dates and sometimes replace them with newer dates.

Very strategic location which serves community 25v and it's environs. One of the biggest departmental store, has from appliances to groceries. Always quick to get in and out, not super crowded and attendants are helpful.

It's a very good supermarket with also Television's and other things. It's not so expensive there. Good parking places and good assortment.

What i love is for the fact that they've got a lot of natural veggies and some fruits from Ghanaian farms with labels

this is a great place for shopping , it has a very large parking lot, and on top of that a pizza joint at the main entrance. .

At least they had lettuce. Poorly packaged though. But they had excellent customer service.

Palace is the biggest supermarket in the communities 25 & 26 area of Tema in the Greater Accra region of Ghana. It is set in a mixed industrial and and fast growing residential area. Offerings include groceries, cleaning stuff, sports equipment and accessories and electronic appliances for the home. There is adequate parking for customers and has three wide access gates for easy movements in and out of the premises. If you are a regular shopper I will advise you get a discount card. Palace also does well to indicate where the produce are coming from which nice to see and perhaps helps in making a choice.

Spacious car park, big shopping space. They have all you need to fill your home or offices, groceries, electrical appliances, kitchen tools and more. Most of their products are of high quality. Located on the prampram dawhenya road.

I'm giving the 5 stars because without Palace in this area I don't know where people who want to see clear prices on things they buy would go. This is the only super market in like a 10km radius. Be sure if you are visiting anyone and pass this place that if you forgot to but wine, whiskey, air freshner, some hardware like a hammer or TV, you can get it. Very nice and helpful staff. Make a Palace customer card and enjoy price reductions when you purchase.

You can get almost anything you can think of for your household. It's big and spacious and the setup is just like every other palace mall. The staff seem kinda friendly and helpful. If you're within the vicinity you can stop by to buy your groceries and other household needs. Prices are affordable too.

Nice place and low prices and there is everything you want

You can get most stuff there but their price tag is always wrong. Had the experience thrice, when I complained the manager just said ok. Always watch their screen when they are scanning the items to be sure you are paying the right price
