This is a neat hospital. Professional services, Somewhat friendly staff. Some of the nurses are really good though. The prices are a bit okay for a private hospital. There's always a doctor around and they provide 24hr services.

They need to improve their services and maintain their facility. The bathroom/ toilet doors have been 'eaten up' at the female ward, for a hospital they could have put on no showers to make it easy for ill patients to have access to bathe, the bell to call the nurse at night is in the wall and quite difficult I wonder how a seriously ill person with no energy can access this. Such a devise should be very close to the patient, to enable him or her press with ease, to call for assistance. Most importantly, the lab and or catering service should be 24/7 if not please crest space where people looking after their patient could make a cub of tea at least. After all it does is a PRIVATE medical centre and we are ready to pay for excellent medical attention!!!

With Raphal, I am save. They take very good care of their patient and im glad to be part of the family. Aside that, their charges are a bit high, I think they should consider the private clients, a discount or a percentage off won't be a bad idea for old clients. I enjoy their service anytime I am around. And oh i forgot to tell you about their parking space and their canteen. They make good food and they a good parking space. I think it is one of the best hospital in Tema metropolitan. Very professional, kind and efficient personnel. It's my reference hospital when we have family healt problems. Hygiene is okay

The worst experience ever. I attended this joke of a medical facility with severe chest pains. I ended up waiting for more than 45 minutes, only to be told the only Dr. on duty was dealing with an emergency situation and therefore could be waiting longer. Avoid if you want to live.
