Sinel
Specialist
Hospital,
a
hospital
I
have
been
attending
since
the
inception
of
my
pregnancy
in
2018
refused
to
issue
me
a
doctors
report
for
my
child
who
was
delivered
with
them.
Letβs
start
off
with
the
pediatricianβs
nonchalance
and
dismissive/petty
mood
as
soon
as
I
entered
to
request
for
the
report.
Her
attitude
screamed,
βugh
here
we
go
again
another
hysterical
motherβ
&
yes
and
after
my
birthing
experience
there
I
have
every
reason
to
be
on
edge.
A
hospital
who
has
prescribed
allergy
medication
and
treated
my
daughter
for
allergies
refused
to
issue
an
allergy
report
because
βno
allergy
test,
no
doctors
reportβ.
That
is
all
well
&
good
but
the
slap
in
my
face
after
being
a
loyal
customer
(though
over
the
years
they
have
given
me
enough
reason
not
to
be
loyal)
was
from
a
pediatrician
telling
me
she
is
doing
me
a
favor
by
issuing
me
a
doctors
report.
Itβs
rather
unfortunate
that
a
doctor
whose
precedent
duty
is
to
save
lives
thinks
they
are
doing
a
patient
a
favor
by
providing
necessary
documentation
for
school
enrollment.
How
can
i
put
my
life
in
the
hands
of
people
choosing
their
personal
emotions
over
reasoning?
I
am
utterly
disappointed
in
their
staff
and
after
my
experience
yesterday
i
will
NOT
be
returning.
A
further
stab
in
my
gut
was
being
told
by
head
staff
that
I
should
give
the
doctor
some
days
when
she
is
a
better
βmoodβ
sheβd
write
the
report.
The
temerity
&
audacity
of
Ghanaian
healthcare,
that
I
have
to
wait
for
a
doctor
to
take
the
deepest
breath
to
attend
to
my
case.
Premium
customer
service
should
match
their
aesthetics.
