A glorified pharmacy parading as a medical center. Their nurses couldn’t even do basic cpr. Their signs make it seem like they are a big well equipped place but they have nothing. The ambulance they have didn’t even have the most basic first aid equipment. If you value your life and have an emergency you have a better chance anywhere else but there. Their doctor said there was no point in them trying to help my mother while she was having her stroke because she’d die anyways. They let her die in the parking lot. I know others who have had way of money and time experiences there as well. Used their high priced pharmacy but stay clear of that death trap.

They are the best at what they do. The place is stocked with ultra modern equipments to deliver the best of health care to their patients. Their services ranges from laboratory services, ultra sound scan, Dental, pharmacy, General Health Care etc. They have a very large car parking space. Their prices are a bit on a higher so you need to come prepared as well.

I like this branch more... Always ready to help... Except for the always frowning face nurses.. But the receptionists at the laboratory are very friendly anytime I go there even if it's a different face there are still friendly a d always ready to listen.....

Very, very bad experience on 22/06/2021, at 10:15 pm. All you do there is collect money and only interested in selling your drugs at exorbitant prices. Never interested in saving lives first. Your doctor by name SANNI HUSSEIN, never asked for any lab tests. He just prescribed medicines that were haphazardly administered by the nurses and after three (3) solid days of intravenous infusion, the patient still didnt recover from a simple malaria but your outfit succeeded in collecting almost seven hundred (700) Ghana cedis from her. Patient was shivering and weak but you insisted that she pays all amount charged before you begin treatment. +233243634125 is my phone number. If you doubts you can contact that number. Bad clinic, not recommended for anyone.

Most of the nurses at Danpong are very rude and disrespectful. And a bunch of them even mishandled my 3 year old daughter when she was admitted. I'd say please find another health facility where you will have value for money. Thank you.

To say this hospital rips people off is an understatement. No proper coordination between departments. Poorly ventilated rooms, especially the detention ward downstairs and the Golo female ward upstairs. I went for check up late afternoon Monday and was detained. Paid for detention then I was told I was admitted that same night. How convenient that after paying for detention they come up with another bill? A doctor came around late night and I was asked to take a scan and X-ray early in the morning.Time was set at 6 then 7 then 8am. I finally insisted after 10am. By 10:34am I was done with both requests and back to my bed. No doctor came to see me. Every time I asked the nurses they said the doctor was on his way. No doctor came to see me from 7am till about 4pm when one finally came in. he said I was released. Just like that! So after 20 minutes, I asked him what the results of the request they made. That was when I was told everything was good that why I was released. It then took another 45 minutes before I was finally let go. My bill came and I had been charged for two days, forget I had already paid for when I was detained. So I protested to the nurse and she said it will be corrected at the counter. I got there and they refused. Saying the system picked the timing. I asked and I was told the system charges every 12 hours! What?! How is it my fault if a doctor didn’t come to see me and the hospital failed to release me on time? So I asked to speak with the matron since I was told she was the one to solve it. She refused to speak with me and asked the in-charge to attend to me. Who also refused to reason with me. In the end i was kept waiting for 5 hours at the hospital for no medical reason except to be charged for two days. As a first time customer this is a total disappointment and a rip off of innocent customers. No sense of decency or accountability from the staff whatsoever. I wonder why management allow staff to run the clinic like this. Or maybe they are all in on it. Who knows? I will not be recommending Danpong to anyone prospectives and and I personally discourage anyone trying to go there.

All complains are valid. You go during the day and get home late in the evening. There's no relation between the centers. Poor toilet hygiene, with no soap to wash hands, nor sanitizer. CWay in most centers are empty. You wait hours to see a doctor, and might end up not seeing the doctor. Information are passed to patients as they feel. Tell some the doctor is around, and some that he isn't, and others that the doctor is on the way. They don't change per patient the paper layer on the bed in the scan room. They quickly draw conclusions on reports, without asking insightful questions, and considering exemptions to the rules, and other situations. Some receptionist are ignorant and don't give attention to patients. I called the imaging center today, 24th January at Spintex to follow up on my health preceding. Once I stated my name and whilst stating my purpose for calling, she kept laughing. She laughed until I ended the call. What's funny? Since 6th of January I've been going to Danpong, Spintex just to see the gynaecologist, to no avail. It's either I wait for hours, or told he cancelled, or I just wait and leave tired. If you like faint, they don't care. So slow in everything. After I'm done, I don't think I'll visit Danpong for reason.

I want to say Thank you to the nurses who were on duty today,and the gentleman at the dispensary. Unfortunately the nurse di d not have a name tag but she was in pink (dickers) and the other nurse was in white. Today is not my first time there ,I bring my kids there too but the customer service from the time of checking my weight till I was given injection was great. And When they found out that I wasn't myself they made sure I wait till I was good to go.And like the gentleman at the dispensary said I will be safe were the doctors are than going home . I did my PCR test here and got the result within 6hrs as stated. Right in time for my flight later that evening. I was attended to by Seyram; very professional young man. I will recommend testing here. It’s cheaper than most.

Was admitted there. Went to see the doctor when awake to know what’s wrong with me. He asked me if I normally eat koobi (salted fish) . I said not always. He said I should be eating more koobi and that was all They don’t care about you. It’s all about the money. I ain’t going back there again

I was impressed because it was convenient and had a wide range of services but the waiting time is too long for a private hospital. I went there around 11am and left after 3:30. I think business is booming therefore they should get more staff or automate some part of their services if not most of it and reduce the waiting period.

I wasn’t impressed with the waiting time for seeing specialist. More than 2 hours is bad for a private health facility. Kindly work on it

Great service but a bit expensive... I will definitely recommend for persons in and around the spintex area!

These guys don't care about patients at all. We had to leave even after paying a consultation fee. No empathy for patients. They just run you through the system to milk their money.How can you refer a skin condition to the lab without even taking a look at it?

It is one of the reliable health facilities, offering 24 hour general, emergency and specialist care. It would be in the best interest of residents to give Danpong constructive feedback via the customer care numbers they have posted so that they can live up to our expectations. They want to serve us, let us help them do that with our feedback and ENCOURAGEMENT. Keep improving Danpong. Good job so far.

How can a health care facility who is suppose to serve as a comfort to you display a nonchalant attitude, most of the nurses are very very rude, Especially one nurse called Gloria it's just unfortunate I don't know her surname would have added it. They really don't care about you.

Amazing service, had exactly what I needed!

Good service. Lots of space to park your car. They have specialist services like eye , dental care. What I don't like about them is that they don't follow up on patients who have not been able to come for their lab results. You can go to their lab and if u leave before the results is ready , no one cafes to follow up With a call to know why you have not come for the results. They also have too many doctors at the OPD and it does not help. Today you meet one Doctor who understands you and has recommended some labs, the next time you will meet a different doctor and he will also recommend an entirely different labs and drugs for you. That been said I think their nurses are respectful with the exception of a few ones.

The worst private dental experience I’ve ever had. I sat for about an hour without being attended to. Only to be attended to and I was told to go elsewhere because the specialist wasn’t available.

You can call Danpong for minutes and no one would pick which is a very bad review of a 24hour health care. A lot of people said it but I didn’t believe until it has happened to me for the 3rd time. Don’t call them if you need any assistance via phone, kindly reach out to another health facility who is ready to assist . Hope they see this and work on it

I am sooooooo disappointed in Danpong. My daughter had a minor accident and from the time we got there to the time we left one omission or mishap after another, to the point that we left without they dressing the wounds, and they also forgot to administer a tetanus injection. Long story short, a week later after disappointing follow ups, my daughter decided to shift to the Rhema Rapha medical center where she got better treatment. All these clinics have short comings but Danpong, for the monies they collect, they can even cause a person's death.

Lack of good, experienced Doctors, Their medical care doesn’t match the money you spend. They detected very late, blood to the brain. The worst happened.😡

I visited the hospital with my daughter around 5pm yesterday,15/11/2021, I must say your services have improved greatly. The lady at the insurance office, Dr. Michael in consulting Rm. 2 and Kennedy at the injection room during my visit deserve Commendation. Their patience, professionalism and care was top notch. Thumbs up and keep the good work up
