nice
facility,
ambiance
and
follow
covid
19
protocol
well.
I
am
sharing
this
with
hope
that
you
improve
the
quality
of
your
service
to
match
you
esteemed
status
for
the
good
of
all
P.S.
This
rating
is
based
on
my
experiences
with
Airport
Women
Hospital
and
Korle-Bu
Teaching.
Here
are
a
few
recommendations
which
need
to
be
addressed
for
the
good
of
all.
First,
invoices
should
be
filled
out
by
staff
and
not
patients.
No
other
facility
does
this.
Spare
especially
patients
in
poor
state
and
those
who
request
for
assistance.
Second,
please
double
check
with
insurance
companies
what
is
covered
or
otherwise
under
health
insurance.
Do
not
just
all
patients
to
pay.
Third,
outsource
customer
service
to
get
phone
lines
answered
promptly
and
provide
necessary
support
to
patients.
Or
perhaps
hire
more
staff
and
train
appropriately
to
tackle
this.
This
goes
for
both
the
main
line
and
emergency
lines.
No
one
deserves
to
be
asked
to
call
back
again
because
as
the
intended
department
could
not
answer
their
phone;
after
trying
to
reach
the
mainline
in
days.
Fourth,
delays
or
changed
in
plans
should
be
communicated
to
patients
ahead.
Fifth,
it
is
ideal
to
call
and
check
up
on
or
remind
patients
to
collect
their
medications,
prescriptions
or
appointments.
We
havenβt
collected
spectacles
which
has
been
ready
since
September
and
no
one
has
called
to
remind
us
to
pick
it
up
or
come
for
check
up.
P.s.
Out
of
frustration
due
to
no
feedback
and
urgency,
we
reordered
same
spectacle
prescription
from
Korle-Bu
and
it
arrived
in
3
days.
Lister
promised
delivery
in
a
week
but
it
was
ready
in
a
month.
My
family
has
had
a
painful
experience
but
we
hope
that
from
this
feedback,
you
treat
your
patients
better.
