Management of the appointment was below expectation. My wife waited for 4 hrs for an 11.00 am appointment. There was no explanation for the delay. She left the hospital at 15.15 without seeing any doctor. They should improve their customer care. It's all about people.

The waiting time at focus hospital is very terrible. Service is very very poor! Staff have no regard for time! An appointment at 11 o’clock turned into a wait time of 4 hours and my mum still didn’t see the doctor. She had to leave because she couldn’t wait all day when she had a prior appointment!! What are appointments for if you’re not going to stick to the time allotted!? Poor poor service. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. There was also no explanation whatsoever for the delay.

Had a spine surgery there about 14 yrs ago for severe Scoliosis at the age of 13. Was inspired to become a doctor through my experience and became one eventually. Thank you Focos Orthopedic Hospital , for being a great help to me. I should visit and share my experience soon.

The reviews are negative but I saw otherwise. Great hospital, customer service was good. They deal mostly with appointments. Call and book, don't just walk there. Expect some delays because some people booked before you. The time you booked may not be the exact time you see the doctor.

Awesome service delivery in a very neat setting.

Nice, neat and well organized. The waiting time can be better. I was disappointed to find out that they did not have the tools to do an Arthroscopic surgery to help repair my meniscus. And also failed to have the tools needed for minimally intrusive surgery to operate on a completely ruptured ACL. And I was willing to pay!!! Imagine that!!! I was disappointed to say the least.

Hi there I was here this morning with my mom ,appointment time was correct, we have a very lovely lady Doctor to take care of my mom by name kwansema she did very well took her time to explain every bit of the procedure to us which I really appreciate her,the staff are very open and friendly but I have a little problem here I think this place is a bit expensive and we need them as well,after paying all this monies I suggest the hospital authorities should at list provide us with some kind of refreshments, any one who walk in here to pay more than 3k should be taken care of, I rest my case thank you all and keep the good work you doing here up thanks.STIHO

Extremely excruciating long wait times even with an appointment. It is absolutely ridiculous and ludicrous.

After hearing intresting stories about focus,my experience there was rather disappointing as it took me 2hrs 30mins to see a surgeon even though I had an appointment. No explanation of the delay was given and come to think of the fact that I actually booked an appointment, I think needs a lot to be desired.
