Pyvot Gym - fitness for life, is located at Tema Community 3, Site A. They offer aerobics: body conditioning, resistance workout, step aerobics, fit ball fun, step aerobics, and legs, burns and turns .In addition they do cardio, strength training, karate lessons, etc. They also undertake health walks, fitness seminars and fitness shops. Pyvot Gym is opened on Monday to Friday (5:30 a.m - 9:00 p.m), (6:30 a.m - 12 a.m) They have gym instructors to guide you through your workout and advise you on how to achieve your desired results. The prices are very moderate too. There is discount for students who wish to register with pyvot gym. Regular exercise enhances everything in our lives, if we become healthier and fitter, we are better able to cope with life's opportunities.

Am able to workout more at my own time, instructors and workers here are very friendly and open to everyone. So far so good i have enjoyed my few days here. Come with me let go do some workout. Fitness for life.

Very good place to lift weights but off late they don't seem to operate anymore
