This is a true city of body building. They have available almost all the equipment for an effective and modern gym. Pool side, aerobics center, skin center and the fitness gym are all present. There are trainers who are on point at these centers as well. The location is easy to find yet on the outskirts of the Accra town. It is located at And Amanda behind the stadium close to the Heritage University College. It's simply the second turn from the main Accra -Nsawam road from the stadium junction. You can never miss it. It's a huge edifice of bright green and orange colours. Their prices are expensive. For a walk in one would pay around gh¢30 ($10)for a day at the gym. I guess the place is targeting a certain king of clientele.

Looks like some nice shopping arcade and gym complex.. But I think some of the shops have not been opened yet especially the spa.. We look forward to a soothing experience when open.

Gym City Gh is one of the best fitness center around. They have basically all the necessary equipments when it comes to body building and fitness. They also have Spa, Saloon, Swimming pool etc. The only negative aspect is in relation to their website but am sure they would fix that soon.
