The gym runs 24 hours and gets busy at the typical rush hour times. It’s clean and hosts a wide variety of machines to cater to most exercises which are in decent condition. Although weights are not always racked I’ve not yet had to wait for a pair, fortunately. Gym seems to have a generator to supply electricity when the power goes out, but for some reason there is little to no use of fans or air conditioning making the gym incredibly hot and uncomfortable. Add that to the lack of water fountains (there’s a bar upstairs you can purchase water from) and it makes for quite a painful training experience. Paying UK-level membership prices in Accra you would think you’d get more but it is what it is.

It’s a 24-hour/7 days open modern gymnasium. Security is top notch. Access to the place is by the use of your fingerprint. You can literally workout in the middle of the night with an assured security and safety. Monthly prices have recently been increased to 800 Ghana cedis which I find it to be a bit pricey. 3 month’s subscription is now 2,100 cedis too. However, I can understand why because of the modern equipment available for use and the unlimited time you can spend at the gym with no restrictions whatsoever. I like it there!

This is one of the best ultra modern gym centers I've been to here in Accra! They have all modern tools for any kind of exercise and the price as well is affordable! A very nice environment to do your activities that I strongly recommend for everyone!

Great facility with two floors of equipment including multiple squat racks, battle ropes, rumble rollers, & a sled. Both floors were out of water though, which is brutal in this climate.

I planned to visit this location so I called before I went there. The person who answered the phone was pleasant, they answered my questions satisfactorily. Not sure how to compare the prices. Not many gyms around. I will update when I go for a visit.

Come here for a dance class. Staff is very nice, gym equipment looks not bad.

Favorite Gym in Accra. It's well equipped, clean well lit and large enough that it never feels crowded. There is a juice bar upstairs and a dance studio/martial arts area, as well as soul cycle area.The personal trainers are helpful professional and knowledgeable. The crowd that works out there is friendly and approachable. Overall I recommend it highly, monthly membership is definitely work the premium.
