Probably, I think sending stuffs from overseas to Ghana by Grimaldi Ghana would have the best choice but seriously speaking it the worst thing I have even gone through. Clearing a container shouldnt take me one week after paying all necessary or unnecessary bills, but here I'm still finding it difficult to do. Workers acting unconcerned, talking on phone, n other stuffs while client keep standing.

I hope no one gets to experience this frustration from grimaldi Ghana, very poor customer service, if you are importing trust me you are better off using another shipping line. It is a real shame Grimaldi.

Very very poor service.The management lead by one Regina does not have a clue how to manage or service customers. Very rude and unprofessional.

Poor service, holding innocent consignees to ransom, because an agent owes them money. Despite receiving emails from the sister company in the UK to release vehicle, staff at the office are refusing to because Regina asked them to. What has the consignee got to do with your external problem with the clearing agent

It is really difficult ti get things done on time not because there are so many people in queue waiting just because of the poor unwelcoming nature of stuffs, poor customer service, and getting release done.

Good location in the port to obtain containers for exports, but currently there is less activities around. There's virtually no empty container on site

I suggest to management to improve their services especially the billing section and vessel update.
