That's a death trap right there ..In my recent stay in Ghana i was shocked the adjoining service roads..I wonder why Ghana highway/and the Ministry designated for roads constructed minor/service roads to join the Tema motor way especially when is it only a 2 way dual lane roads considering the number of cars/trucks that apply that road..that would have being satifistory if it were to be a 4 or 5 lane dual roads...Additionally the number of potholes on the Motor way is just unimaginable!

It is no longer the roundabout we use to know. It's now a big interchange . I loved it, it's a nice edifice.

Such a major road in Ghana please this need a serious renovation. The potholes on it is not advisable at all and they have to raise some walls to prevent the people from crossing anyhow coz its expensive

It's a place to be at when you want to travel to many places. Places like SogakofΙ›, Dabala, Akatsi, Abor, Fiadenyigba, Aflao, Anloga, Woe, Keta, Denu, etc all in the Volta region. Places like Ho, Hohoe, Kpando, Peki, Tsito, and many more all in the Savanna Region. Other places like all the communities in Tema, Dawhenya, Tema harbour, Accra, Ashaiman, Afienya, Michel Camp, Akuse, Somanya and many other places and the Eastern and Graeter Accra region. Just ask anyone about the place you want to go and they will direct you to where you will get the car or bus to your destination if you don't know...

The road going to and coming from Accra is getting worse by day, in some parts it is not safe at all, many accidents are on the horizon if nothing gets done, I urge those responsible for the tema highway to please start deploying road maintenance works as a matter of urgency!!!!!

Good but no u turn Incase of wrong direction

  • 5/5 Evelyn A. 1 year ago on Google
The recent repairs done on both sides of the road has made it more motorable and reduced the heavy traffic to some extent.

  • 4/5 Ryan H. 1 year ago on Google
The place is always busy with activity. An observation that needs attention is how the place is not kept tidy. Businesses are springing up really fast!

Roads are very confusing if you're navigating your way through there for the first time. Depending on where you are and where you find yourself, you will not get many uber or bolt drivers that are willing to pick you. I suggest you make sure you know where you're going and the cars to pick to get to your destination in Tema

Hmmm! Men, driving on this length is like riding on a horse back except from the new roundabout towards Dhawenya which is of a class.

There's no traffic here because of the overpass but it is dangerous when the traffic light goes off. So scary

Always black out on the motorway roundabout, all the street lights are not working..,.not good at all....

  • 3/5 kwabena a. 1 year ago on Google
The main traffic lights should start working around 3am and not 5am. A vehicle run into mine a week ago whilst the amber lights were on around 0440am on the intersection. A rather harrowing experience . Wish the authorities could read this.

Tollbooth isn't working anymore so there's a free pass now. Road needs maintenance

  • 1/5 Opoku Asante I. 1 year ago on Google
It's a dead trap and not motorway so if you are driving on it kindly reduce speed and watch for any unforeseeable manhole specially driving from Tema to Accra.

  • 3/5 Linda H. 1 year ago on Google

One of the greatest landmarks in Ghana. A motorway that connects different towns and villages to the main capital. Due to heavy usage cautious driving is encouraged. Do well to observe all road safety rules and tips.

  • 3/5 Jerrold B. 2 years ago on Google
The interchange has eased the traffic situation significantly... but the ashaiman road leading to akosombo needs to be dealt with also, likewise the motorway to aflao road.

  • 5/5 AZUMAH C. 2 years ago on Google
Good and wonderful to have such a type

  • 3/5 Baby C. 2 years ago on Google
Could be better providing the number of vehicles that uses this stretch daily

  • 2/5 Pearl F. 2 years ago on Google
The motorway round about is horrible because it confuses drives and there's robbery around. There's No street light to expose criminals. My bag was stolen in my car in a heavy traffic to Afienya. Ghana is in deeper trouble and nothing is been done about the motor circle guys. They've robbed and they continued to be robbery people. The government must wake up and do something.

  • 5/5 Julius A. 2 years ago on Google
Very good but need extra road mapping

  • 4/5 ndede j. 2 years ago on Google
It's a place with orderly flow of traffic to places like the Tema Motorway, Tema, Ada, Michel camp etc. The traffic flow doesn't take more than 5 minutes per each path. It's better than before

  • 3/5 Ralf W. 2 years ago on Google
It was a building site for many years. A lot of money was invested in this place. I cannot say it is now better than before. Unclear traffic routing and traffic jam on all roads to that place is the unsatisfactory result.

  • 4/5 Kobby Mos (. 1 year ago on Google
With the new interchange, the place looks more organised and safe for pedestrians to use and vehicles to travel on.

  • 4/5 Equity A. 2 years ago on Google

The round about is a state of the art architecture that can take two or more fly overs by design and has decongested that part of the city

  • 5/5 Happy R. 2 years ago on Google
The road is good but if you are going to Accra you need to leave home fast

  • 4/5 McStainz O. 2 years ago on Google
