I had a great experience contacting this Neighbourhood pet store. It is soon to be open but all my questions were answered and the food I wanted was able to get to me. The rep had an amazing customer service knowledge and was very helpful. I am pleased with their service and I will recommend Petz Paradise to everyone in the area.

Amazing customer service. I needed a Happyhome Puppy food for my Boerboel. I got home late and tired. I found their number on Google, so I called. The Store manager was able to get the food to me. I don't know which other pet store will go that extreme to make sure a puppy eats. Petz Paradise really cares about pets.
