I wanted to grab some food and drinks and as at the time I arrived (Sunday 4:30pm) most of the meals were finished but I got my drinks. I wanted salads too but the ones I wanted were finished 😞

If you respect yourself and have other choices then skip this horrible place. Bakery sells week old pastries (whilst stating they are fresh from the same day), the ShopRite branded bread contains aluminum (which is a poison). Dangerous environment (Nungua). You run risk of being assaulted by other customers and security will not do any thing than crowd and look useless. One good thing about this ShopRite is that the pineapples are always fresh and cheap but now I will buy them elsewhere.

It's a very convenient place to be. Banking, groceries, clothing, sports and sporting equipment and the like....I believe you won't regret visiting the PLACE

The isles are not properly arranged(personal opinion). However, the shop is observing all safety protocols and items are constantly being restocked. They have variety of products and that's a good thing. I like their prepared meals very much.

I go to the shoprite at junction mall to shop. The lady at the bakery refuses to sell to me because l'm buying too much of the same item. I came back to ask how many she could give me and she ignored me. I went to complain to the manager and the "Back Admin Manager" called "Kabah" spent about 5 minutes scolding me because l had dared interrupt him to tell him the clarification l was actually seeking. In his words "l probably spoke to the lady at the bakery "that way" that's why she ignored me" and that "he is trying to answer me but l am telling him what l want him to tell me". Well done shoprite on your bad customer service.

I want to speak to corporate on how social distancing is not enforced in the line in the stores nor while shopping. People are extremely disrespectful. Why stop me for a temperature check give me hand sanitizer if you dont social distance. The marks are all over the floor in bold. People get in the store and take their mask off or put it around their chin.

I prefer the Junction Mall Shoprite because the mall is smaller and much less crowded than the Accra Mall. I can generally find all the items I need with short lines as long as it's not a holiday. Easy to Uber and taxi are also on site.

Junction mall shoprite is honestly my worst branch to shop. Although it’s the most convenient location I’d rather drive to Accra mall, unless of course I’m unable to. For some reason they don’t display their 1.5L water boxes in the shop hence you have to request for it to be brought to you. Often times staff are unwilling to assist or completely avoid assisting you. Also, their vegetables and meat products are often not fresh/going bad. They really need to do better especially with meat products because the spoilage is something I’ve realized for a few months now.

This is where you find basic things easily, staff is friendly and the shop has almost everything you need. This includes the French baguette i like so much.

The Foodstuff, they are selling at a reasonable price, I do visit every weekend as I get time but I felt very bad, I was with my friends on 6th November Saturday, around 8 o'clock, while checking out at the express counter, the staff was too arrogant, even I complained about the manager about her behaviour even she also refused to listen. That's why im putting 1 rating the irresponsible staff way of working. If management will consider this feedback this will help us with future visits. Thank you,

Junction Mall have the biggest car parking space and most Amazing shops, which you can get all your items from.

It's a good market. You can find anything you want.

Staff are friendly but not a big range of items and generally more expensive than melcom. Food items and fruit do not seem as fresh except the baked bread.. which is a big favourite

A well planned place with almost everything you need and a perfect place to hang out with friends and family. The only problem might be the fact that the roads surrounding the place a really bad. In a way I might call them not environmentally friendly to the residential area around

Great shopping experience. This is a well stocked Supermarket where it was easy to find the items I needed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Not so very busy during the times I was there.

The mall has well allotted parking spaces. Attendants are very helpful in terms of locating an item.

Until yesterday I shop with ShopRite,but yesterday I was over charged on my purchase. I strongly believe it a deliberate action. When I called today lodge my complaints ,who ever answered the phone was very quick to defend the action of the cashier. This might not apply to all cashiers in there but I will entreat all to audit their receipt especially item qty before they leave the shop because some of them will inflate your purchase for Thier own gains

Shoprite is located somehow a little bit everywhere within accra and people experiences may vary. I must admit , shoprite is a plus to the shopping market industry concurrency, allowing people to have a wide range of selection. The junction mall branch is very nice, according to me and my experience, it looks very well arranged, and whatever good we can say but the only con for me would be , letting people respect what it is, when they say "less than 10 items" line. People with hundreds of good just want to rush and exist the shop and making other being tired in lines reserved to them , it hink that should be addressed by the management team. Overall , the experience is good

Had an eye opening experience here. The prices are are Ghanaian Cedi so they seem super high but after converting to America money it was super low. Plus the people were nice.

One of the several anchor stores at the Junction Mall. Just like any other Shoprite store, stock both fresh and processed foods, pastries, household items, fruits, drinks and liqueurs. Quite spacious with polite staff. Covid19 protection protocols are observed here. Good place to shop when you are around Tema, Nungua, Teshie areas away from the hustle and bustling traffic in Accra.
