Nice environment. Nice services. Stands out from most shoprite i have been to. But not enough parking lot, cause during holidays or functions its quiet hard finding a place to park. Love the decor and the arrangement systems as usual and they did well with this one. I advice you come with family to get gifts and other personal or business needs.

Has quite a vast range of groceries and cosmetics. There's a food section where you can choose and buy a range of delicacies ranging from salads to jollof to spaghetti etc. for take out. and pastries as well.

Good prices, very affordable and a wide range of products to choose from. Social distancing is observed. Big car park. Enough Tellers to take car of a lot of people at the same time.

I enjoy shopping here. The atmosphere is friendly and so are the cashiers. The attendants are not helpful though. They are quick to say they don't have instead of saying I don't know for any requests or enquiry without checking. So if you're having difficulties finding something, don't bother asking them. Take your time and check and you will find it.

Clean great store that's why I gave 4 stars. Bake goods cakes , cupcakes are awful heavy thick like bread. I think maybe its more of a Ghana thing . All the cakes and cup cakes are dry and distasteful . No regular pan cake mix on the shelf. Gluten free only and only wheat flours. This is 2020 get more variety. Please do something to the cakes. Add more oil and egg mixture for moisture get some Duncan Hines , Pillsbury something.

My major grip of the mall is the low number of cashiers available at any given time. Especially for the Express line(items below 10) Sometimes I have to wait for more than 10 minutes in line, when all I have is 2-3 small food items. Prices are high. Sometimes they have decent discounts. Staff needs further training on being more friendly with the customers.

Get everything yiu need within the OSU Oxford street, Labone, Cantonments and Ridge. Have all items to meet your taste and household. Prices are average and the environment is bustling 24 hours.

The standards of shoprite, in recent days, has plummeted at this store. It is one of the worst stores in the country now. The food is stale. Fruits and vegetables are old and the refrigerated food is rotten and blighted. The trainee managers are rude and mannerless. If you don't want to pay for garbage and if you dont like being insulted by the shopkeepers then avoid this place.

Prices are relatively a little bit cheaper than the Accra Mall Branch. Access to the shop is a little bit difficult as compared to the Accra or Nungua Malls branches. Staff are a little more relaxed than the mentioned branches but I was happy I had my drinks at a cheaper price.

Beware of the food! Freshness alert! Bought food which when opened at home were way past their prime. It didn't happen once. Experienced food poisoning : though I can not be 100% sure it was from the food I bought there, it among the couple of suspects identified. Decided not to buy food there anymore.

ShopRite Osu is a great place to get ALMOST anything you want. However, I think they would be better served if they could do all the cleaning they need to do BEFORE opening their doors every morning. I do not want to be diverted across three aisles and then walk back to an aisle I was already on just to get something that's down that particular aisle. Other than that, it's a really great place.

The supermarket is on the second floor. Slightly expensive compared to other shopping networks. But there is a nice selection of alcoholic drinks. I can also forgive a lot because of the mango-coconut ice cream from Blue Skies. And as usual, too many staff simply hanging around, listening to music. But I'm just envious :)

The shopping experience here was good at Shoprite on Oxford street. There are a couple of other stores at the mall.

ShopRite Osu is always well stocked up. I love the smell of their fresh bread and their bottle water is usually cheaper than anywhere else. The queues at the till can be a little long but it's manageable. I wish they could push the building mangers too fix the lifts and get better lighting for the underground parking but I guess it's not really ShopRite's fault. Overall highly recommended.

Great place with a wide variety of products for a nice overall shopping experience. Inaccessible checkouts points should be worked on especially as Christmas draws near to avoid human traffic in the mall

Huge American-style supermarket with American prices, although I was informed that the chain is South African. Regardless, if you are an American, this chain will make you feel right at home. I don't travel to West Africa often, but it was nice being exposed to different products from Europe and African food subsidiaries. Vanilla milk, Smarties (which I grew up with in Germany), etc. were all good. The place was well stocked. Parking is tight since Osu is a very dense area, but we walked here.

I love that it’s accessible to those with wheelchair. They have elevators and ramps. The choice of items in the store were also good. They will get a minus for opening hours and for playing too loud music. Being a convenient store they should open at 7 am not 9 am. There were several people waiting outside the store. In my opinion they don’t need the music and if necessary it should be low, making it more relaxing to shop, especially in the morning.

Unfortunately, i went to shop with no physical cash because of the heavy rain but wanted an item worth about Ghc23. The lady at the till said "ITS NOT WORTH IT USING MOBILE MONEY". Be advised shoppers

The mall is an alright place to be if you want to buy products at a reasonable price, but the underground parking area is not the best as there have been scratches and marks carving into the pillars that are in close proximity to the entrance pathway.

Love this place. Good bargains on some items everyday of the week. Darn elevator to get up there are spoilt most of the times.
