went to pinkberry. never again. there was only one flavour avaliable which was regular plain bland yogurt, they displayed lots of different flavours only to serve one flavour. the toppings were cereal. not worth the price just buy yogurt and add cereal yourself it's way cheaper and tastes the same. the deluxe toppings cost more DONT FALL FOR IT its not even nice it's a waste of money please I beg you don't fall for this scam. once they put the yogurt in the cup there's no going back be careful and good luck

PinkBerry a name I have heard from friends over and over. Ending up there wasn’t planned but I liked it so much. Honestly the gentleman who served us was not cheerful it affected me and I wish he had a day off. I felt he was going through a lot or maybe he had a long day. It was pain all over his face. My review is suppose to encourage and discourage you from going there but sometimes when we see people like that; let’s only try to make them smile and not make them get even more frustrated when they are a bit slow.

The ladies at the labone branch are really nice.

Serene space, with a spacious sitting areas upstairs... unfortunately did not see a kids area. So the yummy part is, you have a good variety of toppings. You can not go wrong with any combination. Very clean counter service... legible display of menu and customer friendly support.. Do visit you, this might just be your new fav. 😁

Pinkberry has become a go to place for ice cream with all the colorful toppings. It's a great place to hangout.

My favourite go to dessert place is Pinkberry. Their froyo is superb even though the toppings are limited

The fro yo was great and the bubble waffle good but the music wasn’t very good because it gave me a headache and it was just bad not that the music wasn’t bad just that it was making wired sounds and upstairs there was no light and no AC and exept from that the bench was very uncomfortable

This branch is more strict with the toppings as compared to the other branches.🤷‍♀️

Great tasting frozen yogurt with flavours & toppings !

Neat place, welcoming atmosphere but why don't they have more flavors of ice-cream! And of the four flavors advertised, only two were available! It's unbelievable that they didn't have the original either. Secondly, their cups are too small to add the allowed servings of toppings. The toppings fall off. Could they reduce serving of the ice-cream perhaps so the toppings can comfortably be accommodated in the cups? This of course will have to go with a proportionate reduction in price. It would be great if the ice-cream could be creamier too. Tasted a little watered down and the advertised flavour didn't stand out. I tried only the ice cream and therefore cannot comment on the other products. Nice place though. Parking available.

The ladies at the Labone branch are not friendly at all you ask a question and for them to open their mouth to reply is a big deal.Also you get there and most of the favourite toppings are not available.You have to improvise .Please put these things in check.

Poor customer service especially the ladies at Labone extremely rude and uncouthed. They close anytime even when it's not time for them to close and the silly excuse they give is this '' WHEN NO ONE IS COMING WE JUST CLOSE" HOW SILLY CAN THAT BE?

Lovely little spot to get frozen yogurt. When I stop by, I like to sit upstairs and enjoy my cup. The staff are friendly and smiley and I love how techy they are with their payment options. Of course, I keep going back for the toppings because I no longer get my favourite blackberry flavour anymore. But the original flavour holds me down pretty well and I'm sure you'll find a flavour that scratches your itch too. Would definitely recommend! 😋🍧

Huge selection of toppings, something like 30, to go with a couple flavors of frozen yogurt. Great end to a meal on a hot day in Accra, which is pretty much every day.

Pinkberry is always a delight. Ice cream is delicious. The location is great. It’s one storey so you can sit upstairs, enjoy your ice cream while enjoying a great view. Add a hot waffle for the prefect experience. My favorite toppings: coconut shavings, lemon…*** (can’t remember the exact name) It’s a little pricey so go prepared. They accept both card and cash.

Had the bubble waffle. The chocolate hazelnut soft-serve yogurt was okay, but the amount of yogurt was too small even though I ordered a large size. They put so much pineapple on the yogurt that it was mostly pineapple pieces. The interior was modern and appeared clean. The A/C was adequate. Parking was sufficient.

Awful service. Slow even to blink. Poor progressed to ridiculous. After paying and sitting in to eat with friends one staff member had the audacity to gracelessly interrupt our conversation and accuse me of putting frozen yogurt in my bag! She quickly corrected herself saying an inexperienced colleague made a mistake and had forgotten to charge me an extra GHC 50. Of course I told her it was not my problem AND I had an itemised receipt. What rubbish! Over-staffed & poorly managed. They dare to call their what they do there service. Never again.
