I didn't have a good experience. But my opinion is not comprehensive. EPP was recommended to me as a shop that sells good quality pens. I went there with such hope but I was not able to find any well known pen brands though I was advised by the workers there to buy a specific brand which they highly recommended. I did as I was advised. Upon reaching home and openning the sealed package, I discovered that the pen is not writing anything so I had to return and request for a change. My request was rejected. They tried the pen and decided to refund me. I asked them to give me another one and test it before giving it to me but the worker told me that she will have to pay for the returned pen and there might be a possibility that all of their pens are not working as they have been there for a quite long time. I was surprised that a huge store like this one doesn't sell a quality product and provide after sales services. However, the shop looks huge and have huge variety of other stationery and books products. So it might be excellent for other people. Just make sure you request for testing the product before buying it. Good luck

Limited number of books. And most of their existing titles on learning topics are outdated editions. They do however have a few good African Writers titles

EPP books have really stand the test of time. Since childhood I have heard a lot about the book shop. I had personally bought items from there. It located in Accra around Rawlings Park adjacent Mokola Shopping mall. Despite the Era of Computer book stationary, EPP still stand in relevance.

Well, it's one stop bookshop that one can get all kinds of books. They've have a very good customer service system. Theyve responded to enquires as quickly as possible. That was fantastic Bravo.

Tried to get a specific Geography book for SHS here. They didn't have it. Anyway, I noticed they had a large repertoire of other books to pick from. As you know, it's a Bookshop and as far as I am concerned, it's living up to its name. Kudos.

The best place to get books!

This bookshop does have a large selection of very nice books for children. You have to check the books when you buy them, because sometimes a book doesn't look neat (because a child has read it in the shop) If you want to buy a good book for your child, this is the place to go to.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would have selected that. I visited the Labadi branch today and the attendants were totally unconcerned. They were busy having an argument/discussion on top of their voices. I'm sure they didn't even notice when and how I left the store. To say I was disappointed is an understatement 😔

I visited Achimota branch and was surprised. I couldn't get what I was looking for.
