Millbox has always been good and their mini cakes do come in handy for occasions and events. The scones are perfect and everything is perfect.

The space is quite small but very nice. They have a variety of cakes on display. They have sandwiches, smoothies, milkshakes, ice cream and lattes. I particularly wanted to try the sobolo ice cream but I was told they had ran out. The banana ice cream as well as the soy milk latte was good. I liked their digital menu as well. The staff was quite nice. However, their parking space was just too small. But on the whole, I will recommend the place and definitely visit there again.

A sweets and desserts haven! Nice set up although not spacious and can't contain large groups. They have a VARIETY to choose from. Sweet and sumptuous cakes that will have you coming back for more. Great customer service and less wait time.

Love their cakes! One of the best in Ghana so far. I am Japanese and love Japanese pastry and their pastry suits me the most, in my little opinion.

Ordered a custom birthday cake from them in chocolate flavor. The cake was so delicious and the delivery was so timely. I do wish the prices were a bit more affordable instead of being on the higher side. But the customer service and the taste will make me order another one.

MilkBox consistently serves great coffee, sandwiches, pastries, and other deserts. They are Among the best in Accra as I fell for their Americano on the 1st day. Give it a try for a break, coffee time or pastry time with the family. They always have new recipes, have innovations and great ideas for all Season (like Easter, Christmas, etc.). A special mention of the waiters that are all very attentive to details, concentrate on your likes/dislikes Go there for a bite and you'll get a beautiful smile that even the facemask wound prevent you from sweing. A Must Go if you are in Ghana.

Nice ambience and maybe the cakes are great but the ice cream definitely isn’t. Overpriced and wasn’t the best.

A bakery for sugar lovers in Accra. The menu offers a variety of cakes, cookies and beverages (plus milkshakes) Positives: generous portions and a variety of options. Negatives: prices are high and the seating area is tight. Overall, I would recommend for take away.

The Milkbox is located in a upscale area in Accra. Upon reading the reviews and seeing the decor on the internet, my sister and I was so exited to try out this place. Unfortunately, I have to leave a honest review in order to help those that would consider paying so much for inconsistent baked goods. Freshness does not appear to be a priority here. I have visited on more than one occasion and the cake slices were not made fresh. This is very disappointing for the price that you pay, and the appeal they give with all of the decor and courteous workers. Also, we had their cupcakes and they were very hard and tasted like chemicals. We literally spit the cupcakes out. As a baker, one thing I appreciate and love is fresh baked goods. The price of their goods are not worth what they are charging. I am hoping to find a consistent and reputable bakery here in Accra.

Very neat place 👌 smart looking Staff. Items are over priced. I think I paid more for packaging than for a little slice of cheese cake which came in a huge box and paper bag. I'm guessing their appearance means for to them than the products. But Hey! If you don't mind expensive places then go have fun. 😃 😊 😀 😄

Cookies were rock hard, overly sweet, like biting into sugar and flour, and it was overpriced for what you get . Like another reviewer says they seem more concerned with packaging than pricing. Ambiance as nice and staff was nice . Might try something else there in the future but the cookies are a no for me.

Lovely place. Interesting food offerings. Meat pies have too little filling and lots of bread. Lemonade was wonderful. But I was charged the mystery Ghana price. No prices are posted in the store. I was charged 24 for the drink. If you go by their pick 3 it should have been 15. Not sure where Catherine got this number from. But I don’t like being cheated. I will not return.

The space is small but very cute! We had a lovely iced latte in their outdoor faux garden on a hot Accra day.

Best place for pastries and sweetooths. Not a very large seating area. Place is more catered for takeaways.
