The supermarket has changed hands. It's no more CityDia but Spar Supermarket. They are still re stocking. I'll visit again after 2 weeks to see if it has changed for the better or not. I believe Spar Supermarket is South African.

I was there for CCTV cameras, intruder and fire system maintenance.

Okay but missed a lot of items I normally get from Spar shops in and around East-Legon. Some staff simply did not want to smile

Is just a small mall and have a lot of attractive items but monitoring and security is porous. Hand bags are not allowed into the mall

Its okay. You can't find everything there and some minor stuff but its the best. They have their own made products which are also very nice

Great range of products and very convenient location for those heading east. The new (young) cashiers should try and maintain the standards set for them by: 1. Separating toiletries from groceries when bagging. 2. Not talking about customers who complain about bagging behind their backs when other customers are watching them. I observed this on Monday 16th December around 7pm. Supervisors please take note.

Terrible experience and bad customer service. Over 2 months now and their card machine and mobile money is not working. No notice until you get to the till finish bagging and then you're told cash only. They have a bucket outside to wash hands and then immediately you're asked to additionally apply hand sanitizer (my wife and I are still trying to figure out how that makes sense) their toilet was out of tissue paper and the tap was not working, when asked for toilet paper, I was rudely told to use the toilet without mean while you're in forcing using hand sanitizer immediately after washing your hands with soap and water
