This Bakery is one of the top bakeries here in the Greater Accra. I love the location and the number of jobs it has created for many women here in Accra. I've tasted their Fruits bread, Cake Bread, Butter Bread, Wheat bread etc but the only type that I didn't like so much was their wheat bread and somehow the butter Bread. Other than that, I love everything about Hot Oven. This info is personal to my taste!

Brilliant business concept. Huge car park for easy parking. Wide variety of breads and sweet goods. Quick service assured too. I wish the sales reps would pay attention to orders. On two occasions, I was not given what I ordered for.

I thought I was going to equally be in a queue just like the numerous retailers ready to be served their quotas, but instead I was attended to by a gentleman who went further to recommend their fruit bread as an add-on to the Wheat bread I ordered for. It is disability friendly and easy to locate by the roadside in Afienya. I tried the fruit bread when I got home and sincerely I'm glad I did. It was soft, a bit fluffy inside and with the right amount of sugar to complement any beverage.

The bread and other items here are very delicious. I especially liked their pancakes. The fried chicken is not bad but it is too hard. The only thing that lets down this place is the bread single customer serving area. The serving ladles have absolutely NO IDEA who is next to be served. So unfortunately a lot of IGNORANT Ghanaians just come and shout their orders and get served, even though they can see that there are people who have been waiting ahead of them. Just because we're Africa it doesn't mean that we should forget the basics of common courtesy and manners. People should not behave this way. If a westerner witnesses this behaviour it will only enforce the already negative stereotypes.
