Dr. Sylvia is a life saver! On my last visit to Ghana, I broke my glasses and unfortunately I didn't know my prescription of head. I walked into her establishment so frantic yet she took her time to calm me down and assure me I was in good hands. Such a sweet and down to earth doctor. Aside from her amazing personality, her inventory is extensive and gorgeous!!! I've worn glasses my entire life and she's the only doctor who's being able to walk me through wearing contacts effortlessly. I'm so glad I found this amazing place. She ships my contacts and glasses to me in the states now because I trust her more than my previous optometrist . You walk in there blind and by the time she's done with you, you're seeing the entire world with clearer vision! What more can a person ask for in a doctor?? Give this establishment a try and you'll feel like you went to visit a friend versus a typical doctor visit. Oh and they accept cards. Super convenient for those of us who almost never carry enough cash on us.

I found Lotus Opticals on IG. I was a bit skeptical initially but did some research to make sure they were a valid company. I must say who ever handles your IG is very patient and knows how to interact with customers well. I sent my prescription, choose a frame from them, used my insurance to pay part and momo for the rest. I got both my prescription glasses and contacts in two days. This is the fastest time for me to get my prescription ready. Thank you soo much lotus opticals. Anyone needing eye care please go there.

They provide top tier services. Doctor is so warm and carries out her work professionally. My plug for contact lenses and they never disappoint even when I am not in the country. I rarely make reviews but this I recommend fully!

Lotus Optical solved my prescription glasses problems. Very nice place to shop for all your eye wear needs. You name it, they have it and even if they don't have it at the moment, they make sure they get it for you later. They even have contacts in different colors if you're into that. They are sooo professional my goodness and I have had my spectacle for years an it is still intact , lastly I always get my contact lenses (either medicated or not) from there n it is sooo comfortable to wear

Optician was good even when there was light off but the receptionist hmmm no comment. Not explaining anything to you prior to the test and not understanding how she’s inconvenienced you. Very sad having to explain all this when it’s not a free service. I hope they do better if I ever return.
