The gymnasium is quite spacious for about 30 people at a time. The have other facilities like the swimming pool, tennis court and a wide space for recreational activities. Aerobic activities from Monday through to Thursday is very good and I highly recommend. The changing room is always neat. If you live around Osu, Ridge, Kanda, Flagstaff house and it environs, this place is ideal.

My first time at gym It was fabulous , I really enjoy the section. The gym instructor was so helpful and the price is moderate, registration ghs50.00, and monthly basis ghs150.00

We had a buffet lunch after a funeral at the premises. The place is well kept and very neat. All amenities are in good working order. There's ample parking and it being right in the middle of Accra makes it easily accessible.

Really good space for outdoor and indoor events. Enough car park space. Gym has a lot of equipments: some old, others new. Arrangement of equipment is almost totally poor with no regard to safety and amount of equipments cranked up in a space. Otherwise, will recommend.

It's an okay gym. Kind of weird with the weights. Some are Olympic type and others are the thinner type. The equipment is pretty good though. There is also a pool and tennis court here as well.
