Everyday bunch of line.......... But nice service though

Accessible on your way to timber market from ashaiman township. Yeah, it's right after passing Ashaiman Municipal Assembly . Alway busy and filled with people but the queue moves faster. Don't get disappointed by the queue. Give it a try. You can register your sim, replace your sim, register for mobile money, make general enquires among other. All MTN subscribers should choose here for visitation before trying the timber market mtn offices.

This is the main MTN Office located at Ashiaman. This place offers services to customers with respect to all issues related with the MTN network. The place is easy to be located because it is right on the road side of the Ashiaman main road. The place is painted and inscribed with MTN colors and inscriptions. It has a place for car park and seats to welcome visitors and customers. There is a security here to direct you which office to enter for the solutions to your problem.

Too many customers unattended to each day and this was due to the human resources and workforce.

Worst customer service experience. I sat out for an hour just to be told to come back next time. Meanwhile the Accra office called me to "pick up my voucher which has been delivered to Ashiaman."

The services at the Ashaiman MTN office especially the department that oversees the merging of the Ghana card with the sim cards were average. They will waste time chatting with other people while customers awaits in queues.

Am here for to register my sim card as announced by the NCA. So it's quite moving as many agents are available though there's cloud. More than 50 customers are behind me upon getting here b4 7 am.

The customer care personnel who attended to me was phenomenal. He took his time to take me through everything. I am astounded at how professional he was.

People are crowded at the place and staff service delivery is slow

Worst service provider ever, We bought a router for our office; they charged us extra money for the data, and it's been 10 days since the data has not reflected, and every day they just keep on saying it will come tomorrow, and they are even not ready to give a refund. The lady sitting at the first table when you enter does not know her job or even how to speak with the customers. I will recommend trying to avoid that place.
