It's the biggest park in Ashaiman municipality. Before then, the traders were there trading until the government through the local authorities in the municipal drive them out of this place. Now it's looks cleaned and nice for games and other social gatherings.

This park is a rally space for all the residents of ashaiman

No experience a heavy vehicular traffic prone area. the market has been moved from this location and the piece of land is owned by the police.

There is a wall with fense on it around the park so balls played doesn't go out to disturb. People are also restricted from going there anyhow

Good for large social including political gatherings, has good security, since it has a police station near by.

Football park. Parking pace and ATM machines just across the street. A lot of trotro plying the Ashaiman - Michel Camp route can be found here including taxis taxis using the same route and Tema.

Mandela Park was an open place for all sort of programs and occasions, but now, it has been fence and no occasions have been held there since.

Mandela park sits on a piece of land initially "discovered" by the church of Pentecost. It served as grounds for the church's gospel crusades and conventions. Over time ownership of the park has moved into the hands of the police department at Ashaiman; this has been strongly enforced with fence walls erected round the entire landscape. There are banks and shops close to the park.
