The favoritism and nepotism in this hospital is outrageous. I sat in a queue for hours, for a simple eye test, and they keep allowing other people to get ahead of me in line. You'd have no option but to hopeless sit down, waiting that they would accidentally see your card and call you - forget asking questions, just expect false hope that it would be your turn soon. Would have given zero stars if I could.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Staff at the entrance are more accommodating and patient. An eye doctor and her assistant gets upset because patients are asking questions to better understand their situation. No proper diagnosis given for understanding sake but medication is prescribed; I ask questions about the basis and she responds impatiently with โ€œI donโ€™t knowโ€ฆ I think it could be this or that..โ€ and I ask her how sheโ€™s treating what she isnโ€™t sure of, subtly suggesting lab tests and she responds with โ€œyouโ€™re a difficult person.. youโ€™re asking too many questions.. have you ever been to a hospital sickโ€ and that she keeps repeating herself when in actual sense sheโ€™s only passing off vague messages to the patient. Apparently patients have no right to ask questions. She was rude, insensitive, impatient, lacks human relation skills and above all, lacks proper communication skills. The way she was even poking the patientโ€™s eye even though the patient complained about tenderness and pains in the eye area upsets me. Or maybe we are supposed to paste our qualifications on our foreheads before they watch their demeanor. Itโ€™s not all about your titles, the hospital staff must take some of these doctors through proper training on human relation and communication skills after all the service was not free but paid for so we have every right to ask questions to be satisfied with the service being given to us

As a first timer based on recommendation, I was disappointed. Receptionist was the best giving me the first impression, only to be welcomed rudely by this guy at the folder registration and another at the eye lessons test, really you expect someone who's new to the place to know the ins and out without proper directions and you get angry as a staff. I was only welcomed professionally by the doctor that did my eye test and the lady who assisted me in choosing a frame. You can do better with the few professional staff you have.

My glasses got a bit widened and someone suggested that I take it here for heating and bending. I received a very hostile treatment from whoever was at that part of the clinic. Shouting at me to go to fix it at wherever I got my glasses from and that why should I fix it somewhere and come there for correction. I needed just a little bit of help and I was even ready to pay, I didn't come asking for the service for free. My experience was very heart breaking.

The only thing I would advice anyone coming here is reach as early as possible. some time back I came to do an eye check here, was also advices to come early so I can leave early, got there at 6:00am thinking I was early, only to join a queue of about 30 people who preceded me.

Best eye care clinic in Ghana. The addition of other medical services makes it one stop for all my medical needs.

Very very poor costumer service. I was insulted and treated like an animal by the male doctor who claimed I was faking my poor vision and then told his colleague to attend to me because he didn't have that time to waste on me, like I would come all the way from Amasaman to fake poor vision, heart breaking! To add more insult to injury I have had problems with the lens prescribed to me.

A reputable eye facility. I have received good services here before. I'm here on a Saturday...the opening time is 8.30. It's past 9, but there is no one in the optometrist section. No one to tell you why. Sad. I'm here again today to the optical showroom at 9.25am, and no one is here. Why not change your opening times? This is poor customer service ๐Ÿ˜ข

I have visited a number of other eye clinics but Emmanuel Eye has been the best eye clinic i ever attended... they didn't only help me.. they also made me believe all will be well . I first visited them in 2014 and it has been my go to on any slight need.. I will highly recommend them on any day.. for me, my best friends are at the refraction area :-) those doctors are really nice people.. God is really with them...

I had a pleasant experience on my visit here. The clinic was holding a staff meeting but I was assisted by a lovely lady and I went through all the processes successfully. When I went to collect my glasses the lady was so pleasant and I felt at home. I will surely come back God willing next year for review

I don't think the staff there understands what customer service means. I've never experienced such rudeness before, your services aren't free yet you treat customers as if they don't pay you. If not for my extreme patience I almost verbally assaulted a staff. I don't recommend this place to anyone, never. Their equipments are even older than I am, if you expect to be treated as a human being as you are I strongly advice to find somewhere better
