The stench from the sea is so unbearable. The place is filled with flirt everywhere. Waste management is not the best here. Sight seeing is ok but I won’t advise swimming here because the water looks so dirty with the a lot of plastics in it.

It's a very nice place to hang out during the weekend with friends, you don't only get to enjoy the sea breeze in the evening but a beautiful light display of the expanded tema habour. There are many sheds yiu can choose from. The rocky side to the woody sides. Wide range of foods and drinks. Due to the nature of the area i suggest you be very security conscious of your belongings when standing around. Keep an eye out there oat the beach as you never know. With such open place. Very airy and beautiful to sit back and enjoy o

Popularly known as Titanic Beach. Well, just the typical local beach in the vacinity. Great for Hangouts and other public gatherings. I wouldn't recommend swimming due to the fishing activities and other plastic and waste materials in the water.

Please clean this beach. It is truly a beautiful place, if it weren't so full of plastic bags and bottles. I am very disappointed in the condition of the cars and restaurants. I can't imagine the affect all the plastic has on the sea life. So sad.

Beach space here is not much and can get super crowded on public holidays. There are a lot of pubs and spots to hang out over drinks and grab some food though. There is also enough parking space for cars. There're pickpockets lurking around late at night however so be careful.

The services at the bars at Sakumono beach are very poor, even though they demand higher prices for them. The places are poorly run with sluggish waiters and waitresses, who take unduly long to provide attend to customers. My friends and I had to leave the first bar because not only was the music at intolerable decibels, one of them who went to use the washroom downstairs after we sat down, returned to all of us still waiting to be served so we voted with our feet where we met the waitress along the way with our orders. The second bar we eventually ended up didn’t seem to have anyone serving so we proceeded to a third where the services were also not up to scratch. It was not comparable to services offered at similar beach bars in Lomé, the Togolese capital. If Ghana is interested in using its hospitality sector to boost tourism, all I can say is that services need to be of top quality and those delivering them must do so with confidence and professionalism.
