Built has a good product,I really liked their burger especially the LA way , which was beyond good. The only issue for me would be mary , the cashier when I went there, first and foremost she lacks manners, you dont call someone by hi-ing and being rude because we want to go upstairs without having ordered or paid. It's unacceptable. Apart from that, everything went smooth and adorable

The best burger I have eaten in Accra. Very welcoming workers, serene and stylish environment. You can build your own burger or select an option from the menu. They have other food like jollof on the menu too. Pricing is affordable.

Burgers are great. However the washroom has been locked for 3 weeks now and upon asking, the owner(who happens to be a white man) has traveled and the key to the washroom cannot be found. So the staff is asked to wait for the owner who’s traveled abroad to come fix the washroom doors. I mean, how appalling yikes!😳

Went with my family of four. We all loved our food. The West African burger was tasty, the bun was soft, and the fries were crispy. Service was great. Will return. Closed as of April 2023

Some of the best burgers in the city and I was not even surprised to find out they were connected to The Counter burger (located at Palace Mall). The team were very courteous and even took their time to take me through the menu and make suggestions which were good. The burger itself was great, i enjoyed every bit of it. The sweet potato fries were also very crisp, the only suggestion would be to reduce the amount of salt on the fries. The space upstairs also need to be cleaned a bit more, and the ac must always be on. When I got up, it wasn't on. One of the staff had to come turn it on for me. All in all, it was a good visit and I will surely be back for more

Tasty burgers with soooo many custom toppings and sides, and a friendly, helpful staff definitely makes BUILT worth the price

I had a great experience with the food! Even though there were limited options to pick from, you could still "Build Your Own" burgers. The service was incredibly fast, taking only 10 minutes to get our order. We had the breakfast and Ghana style burgers and it definitely won't be my last time visiting.

They have very friendly staff who help with options to choose from. They can either build a burger for you or build your own burger from scratch. The price of the burger ranges from ghc 35-45. The side dish costs ghc 15-18. They have both indoor and outdoor space. The burger was okay just that the bacon was abit salty and the fries was oily.

First of all the place didn’t have any water to wash my hands the bathroom for men was locked ant the water there wasn’t flowing. Secondly they didn’t have the sauces which they used to have. Their bread is awful and dry. The windows are very dirty it’s like they haven’t been cleaned for ages. Their price is highest in town and nothing seemed to be fine. So it’s not worth the money.I used to eat here often but it’s like they are loosing interest

I ordered the 'Built Club' with extra bacon and jalapenos, and I was not disappointed. Although I ordered it to go, their sitting area made my wait very comfortable. Also, they get points for packaging.

One of the baddest burger spots in Accra. I loved them. The beef is tender and juicy enough and it's quite easy on the pocket. They have great customer service too

I am a big fan of built burgers. Their salads are good and I was introduced to grilled pineapple in my salad there. But it wasn't until I had their West African burger that I really realised, they are here to do the most with my taste buds. Just try it.

Officially the worst burger I have ever tasted and yes, I have tasted every type of burger in every place...... the bread didn't taste like bread, there was no beef taste, the burger was soggy before I got home. Sorry, a complete fail.... the fries, soggy and oily... last visit

Reception and services are second to none...... that was a year ago 2020 I visit this place. New faces with terrible customer services. An attendant addressed me as if my presence alone is a bother to them.
