    I went for an upgrade. All the staff was so helpful, especially Paulina Lamola. Service with a smile and for the first time I was given options and package variations were explained. She even went as far as to get the promoters to do a demo on the products. I'm very thankful and impressed 10/10

    Beyond terrible service from the store I bought a screen guard for my S22 ultra and the technician didn't place it properly on the phone and when I returned to have it changed I had to hear a mouthful from the staff before it was replaced it's still not sitting right and it's been less than a week and the protector is already lifting from my phone

    Vodacom Lakeside Mall is the pits. I have been trying to contact them all morning. I succeeded once! The call just cuts off once you've been transferred. Extremely bad service. They don't deserve 1 star :(

    The service is terrible. Staff are unable to help with the most simple queries. I have been waiting for 2 months for my TV. After it has been changed 3 times to different models. And i will probably get a automated reply to contact vodacom via social media. Just to reinforce my point

    Shout out to Andile who assisted my mom upgrading her tablet! Andile was extremely proffessional, efficient, kind and friendly. She is a great asset to your shop!! I will reccomend her anytime! Thank you Vodacom for being our no 1... always! PS: I don't remember the young technician's name, who assisted with transferring info to new tablet! He did a great job - thank you Vodashop Lakeside Mall Benoni ... you ROCK!!!

    PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH A NUMBER THAT WILL ACTUALLY PICK UP!!! I've call numerous times to 3 different numbers and was not able to get to get through once. I sent my phone to be repaired and now they are not able to give me my phone back because they sent everyone home due to loadshedding. They will not be able to tell me if i can pick up my phone tomorrow, all depending on loadshedding. So i have no way of knowing when i can get my phone back, and no number to call to arrange anything. Worst service

    One of 2 places where you can get technical expertise without the price tag. The other being me. With that said: Vodacom Knysna has the experience and backing of some of the nicest consultants and a hard working technical team to meet your needs. If you are not satisfied with the service, they will ho beyond to ensure that their clients are well looked after.

    Good customer service experience here, got to touch some of the devices on display without being followed and the information provided by everyone in store is top notch. A thumbs up to Ms Mandel T for always assisting me with my needs and enquiry. Just wish they could employ me some day.

    This store doesn't deserve even 1 star rating. The disgusting and very disappointing service I received when I called Vodacom at Lakeside Mall to find out if they have stock of the Huawei Mate X3. Please note I am a prepaid CELLC customer who found interest in vodacom amoungst the different network providers and thought I would apply to be part of the vodacom family which clearly would have been the biggest mistake ever. I had called the store a lady by the name of Kgomotso answered when I asked about the mate X3 her reply to me was there is no such phone. When asked why is the phone advertised if it does not exist she went on to tell me she doesn't know there is no such phone and went on stating the devices which they have in stock. I then asked to speak to someone else as I was quite appauled by the manner and tone in which she was speaking to me also Sarcastically referring to me as 'Dear'. She Said No, you are speaking to me and I am telling you there is no such phone. I would assume vodacome would have trained their staff to enquire with other colleagues first before giving customers wrong information or is this the kind of training which is provided to their employees? Further to my disappointment I stated that there were 2 things that were going to happen once I put the phone down. 1. I am going to lay a complaint. 2. She should go and do her research regarding products and services at Vodacom. Her reply to my second statement was, what does research mean? I honestly did not know if I should laugh or cry at the level of competence of this person. Is there no pride in the caliber of people you guys employ? I say this with no regret whatsoever that I am glad I didn't proceed with a new line application with Vodacom as I would fear what would happen to not only my personal information but also would they beable to manage my account efficiently? I would also with no regret like to state I am going to make people publicly aware and I would not be recommending Vodacom to family or friends.

    Service varies on levels of fast depending on the Team on duty. If its a full team, the service is awesome. We were done within 10 minutes despite long queues. At any given time, the staff are all very friendly & professional. Thank you Vodacom, for an efficient team at Lakeside Mall.

    Total waste of time, avoid at all cost. Probably the most useless client service I've ever received. Repair center will overcharge you and every single insurance repair will get rejected.

    Updraded contract and a lot of phones were not in stock. Once I had chosen an in stock phone no screen protectors and covers I wanted in stock either. On top of that the cover I was given was incorrect. Double check all items are correct before leaving. On the plus side the cover was exchanged without too much fuss

    I was assisted kindly. I still have a question as to why you have to pay for a simswop on a contract line? Vodacom needs to improve on this aspect. Other service providers don't charge you, as long as you pay every month. Please review this process.

    you guys a terrible bunch to deal with / why don't you'll answer your phones and when you do eventually answer why is it that you guys act like you'll cant here what we are saying and cut the call . Why??? . personally i will never buy a device or book a repair with Vodacom again be it lakeside mall or any other branch

    Why oh why did I come back to this shop after the dreadful service I had before??? Oh I know - I live in Benoni! Nothing has changed. I was told last Thursday 2nd March my phone "was in for testing" and they would phone me later that afternoon, latest Friday! Oh boy, Wednesday 8th March today and repairs don't even bother to pick up their phones - I have tried at least 6 times. I've now sent an email to 2 addresses - one is listed on their repair invoice. That has come back to me with not a valid address. They can't even get that right. They still don't have stock for another phone - a Samsung A13, that has to be replaced under insurance!!!!! Vodacom Shop Lakeside Mall you're a joke.

    Waited 2 months for repair. No results, got product back in same state after no contact and I had spent hours waiting to speak to someone from their call centre. Further, my product is in a worse state than when it was delivered.

    i booked my phone for repair on good friday, till now i dont know whats the status and their phone is not going through. they dont make effort to use email communication if they probably have problems with phones. i am very inconvenienced and disappointed.
