His patience, accommodation, and love for his craft remains unmatched. I spoke with several vendors prior to committing to The Diamond Guys, and nobody topped Steve’s knowledge of the industry and service. When I started the engagement ring process, I knew NOTHING about picking a center stone, the 4 Cs, the style I wanted, etc. I ended up customizing the ring to my exact specifications, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I absolutely loved having a hand in every part of the process, especially for something so significant – both in cost and sentimental value. Steve helped me through it all, and, most importantly, was respectful of my fiancé’s budget. I loved that I could speak to someone who I could trust wasn’t trying to up-sell me. There is a reason they only have 5 stars reviews. The whole team at TDG is helpful and friendly. Tracy is my go to and my favorite to work with. You get first class treatment from start to finish. I definitely recommend setting up an appointment as they are usually very busy. You can do it on their website and is a very easy process. Their inventory is vast and they have a top notch jeweler onsite that does quick beautiful work. I cannot recommend them enough!

The Diamond Guys have been amazing! My husband and I re-did my wedding ring for our 20 year anniversary and Elan sourced us the exact diamond we wanted to upgrade too. They made a custom setting to the exact specs I had wanted and it couldn’t be anymore stunning. Then they were able to help me also use the diamond from my original ring and make a beautiful necklace and then sourced me a stunning sapphire to use in my old ring and resize it to a right hand cocktail ring. They have been not only been fun to work with but have delivered stunning stones and designs with impeccable service.

Tracy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped me pick the perfect wedding band and worked with the manufacturer to make sure it was exactly as I wanted. I saw positive reviews online and decided to take a chance with The Diamond Guys to get two of my rings sized. When I reached out via email, Elan was quick to respond. When I went in person to talk with the on-site jeweler, I was very impressed. The showroom is clean and decorated beautifully, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The jeweler did a fantastic job with my rings, and they looked like new when he was finished working on them. I plan on using The Diamond Guys for all of my future jewelry repair/re-design needs.

We had a great experience with the diamond guys. My fiancé and I went ring shopping not knowing what to expect. At the diamond guys we were educated on the engagement ring process and got to try a variety of rings and diamonds. I really loved all the in person options, I had an idea of what I wanted and ended up doing something totally different after I got to see the rings on. The prices were great, quality even better, the ring came in quickly. I went back to get it resized and it only took a day. Would definitely recommend!

My fiancé, Davis, and I had the best experience at the Diamond Guys! We shopped for the ring together and Elan was amazingly helpful every step of the way. Went to Diamond Guys after several mediocre experiences at the big box jewelers. This is the most I’ve spent on a piece of jewelry so presentation was very important to me along with quality and price. All 3 boxes were check that day. Elan and Tracy are fantastic. We bought both wedding bands and an engagement ring with them. It was our first major jewelry purchases, both Elan and Tracy meticulously walked us through the process.
