All I can say is, this will give you and your taste buds a religious experience. All we kept saying was "wow". We found our new place to be!

After a 5 hour long drive this was a perfect spot to stop for a great meal. Loved the owners they were so sweet and friendly. They even let me have a glove so I could take pictures bc I was sharing with others. The benchmark burger was so good I went back for it again the next day, I didn’t expect those ingredients to flow so well together but after my first bite I was hooked 10/10 recommend to a friend. The ahi watermelon tuna was amazing and such a treat. The steak fries were so perfectly done I enjoyed every bite so much so that I’m craving them now after writing this being back home now in California. Chef is a wizard with his food and I can’t wait to stop there next time I’m in town. Definitely don’t sleep on this place

This place is amazing! The food they prepare and cook out of the little food trailer is absolutely amazing! The CCBR was excellent. The Benchmark burger was excellent. Their fries were very good, lightly seasoned and perfectly cooked. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone and everyone! The owners are super friendly and a pleasure speaking with. We love supporting small businesses.

We decided to try the new Benchmark food truck this evening. Was so pleasantly surprised to find such an amazing menu. Fish and chips were delicious And I highly recommend giving the cauliflower steak a try!!! I can’t wait to try some of the other menu items!

My friend & I visited Lake Havasu for one day. Had mediocre food around town until we found Benchmark. This is high quality, health conscious dining - no seed oils. They use beef tallow in the fryer - and if you’re a vegetarian or vegan they can use unfiltered peanut oil. We shared the goat cheese & beet app and it was sweet and delicious- followed by the steak frites. It was perfectly tender and the fries crunchy. The place is a “mom & pop” store/Rez. The service was fabulous- very personal and the wife ( who served us) had a lovely sense of humor and spirit. If I lived here, it would be my go-to spot for sure. I predict this place will elevate the food culture in town. GO Benchmark!

We wanted to try something new so we tried here, it was incredible!!! Absolutely recommend 10/10 poke was refreshing, burger was perfect, and chicken sandwich was good.

Best ahi I’ve ever had. Definitely worth the visit!! The lady who who took my order over the phone and at the window is super friendly. And the fries put McDonald’s to shame!!

Stopped here for the first time the other day, and had to go back already for another great meal! The smash burger and the crispy chicken sandwich are my favorites so far, everything cooked perfectly and so delicious! Also one of the only places in havasu that are using healthy oils to cook their food. Finally some healthy local options!!

First time I ever had this place. Ordered the BLT salad for lunch on DoorDash & it was DAMN GOOD. The avocado to lettuce ratio was perfect. The bacon was very crispy & the ranch was amazing. Thank you guys!!! Killing it.

Wow… I don’t usually do reviews but absolutely one of the best places to eat here in lake havasu!!! Even though it’s a food truck, it was the most beautiful tasteful elegant food ever! Deserves a ten star or more! I believe it was called CCBR, it was one of the best sandwiches my husband and I have ever eaten. Steak frites melted in your mouth and the benchmark fries just complimented it all… this is my new spot and worth every cent!!! I wish we took photos but the smell and everything .. we couldn’t even think straight ! Lol not to mention the people who run the truck, they were super awesome and so kind! It looked like they had a cute little seating area, more so for the day probably but tonight it was super chilly out! The lady taking orders was so sweet and said she would bring us the food to the car so we didn’t freeze to death! 1000000/100 I definitely recommend this place.

Originally planned on ordering to go but got to enjoy the new outdoor seating. Shared the ahi and watermelon poke, delicious. He got the Benchmark burger and really enjoyed it. I did the Jasmine rice bowl with the the honey harissa chicken - flavor balance was on point. Little sweet, spice, and salt - will definitely be back. Excited to see the interior space when it opens.
