The girls today kept staring my mom down as she was trying to look at watches. They were literally just standing right next to her staring her down. My mom decided to leave because she felt uncomfortable and I honestly felt like they were judging her for having cancer. I used to love buying purses here but if you have people with staring issues stare my mom down, no thanks.

During a recent extended visit to Tucson, I swung by the Michael Kors outlet at my wife's request to pick up a few essentials. Navigating through the diverse array of products while on a FaceTime call with my wife proved to be a bit challenging. Sensing my growing frustration, a wonderful staff member—whose name unfortunately escapes me—graciously stepped in to assist. This employee immediately engaged in a conversation with my wife over FaceTime, skillfully narrowing down her preferences to a selection of items that met her approval. I was thoroughly impressed by the staff member's professionalism, friendliness, and courteous manner. She saved me from an exhaustive back-and-forth dialogue with my wife, allowing me to focus on finalizing the purchase. The exceptional service I received has assured me that I'll be returning to this Michael Kors location the next time I'm in Tucson. I wholeheartedly recommend this outlet to anyone in search of quality products and top-notch customer service.

Horrible and poor customer service. The employees make you feel uncomfortable and they keep staring at you with a weird look. Avoid this store if you can. I’m glad I didn’t end up buying anything.

I really like Michael Kors purses. But I like the real leather ones. I was kind of in a hurry when I went in. Most of the merchandise is not priced with the discount price. I took friends and they were not told the discounts so they were turned off. I asked about a backpack and was told the wrong amount. At register it was $10.00 more. I didn't mind it was more but I did mind the clerks rude attitude about their mistake. If the prices were shown they would have had alot more sales that day.

Went with my daughter and girlfriend today and had a great experience. My daughter purchased a purse and wallet and was helped by several employees who were very friendly and patient. My girlfriend purchased a purse and was also helped by several employees. The staff clearly enjoy their job and take pride in what they do.

Very attentive to customers. Very busy place and still took time for every question. The management was awesome and remember us when we returned for another purchase the next day.
