I went on the 1hour tour with a group of two adults, 4 teenagers, and a 4yr old. We had SO much fun. The bikes were in great condition and the staff was friendly, timely, and give us all the info we needed as first time e-bike riders. I would absolutely do this again! One hour was great for the kids.

Excellent experience! Great help getting set up to ride. They realize the best bike for me so wonderful ride. Only down part was storm with rain and lightning. So looking forward to a future ride to see the rest!!! I would recommend it to anyone!! Stephanie

This has literally been the highlight of our family vacation, we had the most amazing time on the 3hr tour! It's been many years since my wife or I have even been on a bicycle and one of our kids is still on training wheels. No problem, they accommodated us and did a brief but thorough training with the electric assist bikes and a tandem setup for our youngest. We all absolutely enjoyed every minute of the full 3 hr tour covering over 15 miles of incredible scenery, and could have easily done 15 more with the ease of these ebikes. Had an absolute blast on the E-bikes at Peavine Trail! I have never used an e-bike and it had been YEARS since I rode a regular one. The short orientation class was perfect, and I was up and running super quick. The scenery is so pretty and the weather was beautiful. If you are worried about difficulty, this is an easy trail and the pedal assist does wonders. Definitely recommend!

The guys at Prescott Ebike have exceptional customer service! We stopped by Watson Lake to inquire about them, and he was able to answer all of our questions and gave us the info to book. When booking, I had a few questions, so I called the number and the man that answered walked me through the entire process. We had 3 adults and 2 kids going, and he knew exactly what we would need. Our "guide" had the bikes ready when we got there and quickly got us on our way. We had an amazing time and I appreciate the amazing customer service I received from start to finish.

Prescott eBike was great!! Tyler gave great tips & carefully went over the bike. He made sure our seats were properly fit for our safety. He even made sure we could ride safely before heading to the trails. We requested the gel seats … really comfortable!! Also the helmets with the ability to communicate with my one another … game changer!! ( my husband and I plan to purchase them for ourselves after this experience) Setting up the arrangement and finding them was easy to do on line! We highly recommend this adventure!!

My son and I scheduled a tour last minute and were not disappointed. Tony was a wealth of knowledge and good advice. He explained all the bike operation in detail. It was our first time on an e-bike. The bikes are well maintained and performed perfectly. The trail and scenery were spectacular. We will be returning to ride again. Highly recommend Prescott Ebike.
