I didn't like how they kick you out if you're on a winning streak.. I stayed 3 nights and I was just spectating and saw how at least 3 people were kicked out for winning consistently on the roulette. They were all given a different reasons why they were being kicked out which in my opinion was unjustified.. I won't ever be back. You should spend your money in a place where they care about you or at least treat you with respect. Overall my experience was underwhelming.. I would not recommend this resort at all. Go spend your money on Vegas or a local casino because Talking Stick Resort does not care about you... I was excited to come here but the experience was not what I expected.. the only reason I gave an extra star was because the staff was actually quite friendly and they deserve that recognition.. but the overall experience is a 2 star.. the staff knows we're human but the casino does not care

It’s 30 min from old town and the shuttles don’t start till 4 everyday. The staff try to swindle every check! Be sure to confirm all of your charges there! The pool was pretty dirty. It’s salt water. The rooms are gorgeous. The sheets and towel are horrible! The spa was great! Food was surprisingly awesome but again… everything but the cafe didn’t open till 4. Overall is was good but not enough to return. I just felt like the general agenda there was to screw you over every chance they got vs actual hospitality.

So nice to utilize a smoke free environment to give away your money on roulette! 🤭 Seriously, I am a new gambler as I really wasn't attracted to a smoke filled room. I like their combo tables for digital Blackjack, Poker, and Roulette. Their players club card with Veterans benefit is a nice touch. A couple of reserved parking spots for purple heart recipients is very considerate. I also like the Charge point electric vehicle chargers they have in the parking garage so you can recover your fuel used to get to the casino. Looking forward to hanging out at the Talking Stick!

Our office was there for a dental conference October 6-9, 2022 and they did a great job with everything! The resort is beautiful and well kept. The hotel rooms were beautiful and super clean. I looked for anything that could be better and could not find anything. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and happy to be doing their jobs. From security, hotel concierge, transportation drivers, food servers in banquet areas and the woman taking care of the casino’s ladies room, they all made us feel welcome and we’re helpful. The food served to us all weekend was good and fresh. I would recommend this place to everyone visiting the area or looking for a venue for their event.

Fancy! I accompanied my wife for a work conference she has here. The rooms are awesome and everything you need. Pools are great to cool off in. Nice casino if gambling is your thing. Food and restaurants are decent. It's good if you don't plan on going far beyond the resort, because it's kind of in the middle of nowhere. Pretty for sunsets and sunrises though.

We went for the casino action and had a blast. Me and the crew stayed a few hours on the blackjack table with some amazing dealers. Everyone of the dealers had outstanding personalities and even coached a little knowledge for the table rooks. Definitely be back! Thanks again!!!

The concerts here are the best. I've seen lots of great bands here and the production is always top notch. Whoever sets up these concerts does a really great job. The whole place is really cool. I love the friendly staff. This is really the best casino around.

Booked a king bed with a scenic view, got two queens with a view of the construction and parking garage. Check in staff was rude to me ( probably because I’m heavily tattooed).. not sure Was charged a bunch of random fees after paying for the room. Ate at the restaurant orange sky Staff was super nice but food tasted like overpriced glorified hospital food, no flavor. Ended up not eating it Went to the casino, bartenders were rude and made my partner feel like an inconvenience Spent a bunch of money, and this was the first casino I didn’t win anything at all. Just felt like I was being scammed. Checked out yesterday and got charged for something randomly today… we didn’t order room service, we cleaned the room so I’m confused as to why I’m being charged more. I called and the lady who answered transferred me to automated line, said I have to email and should hear back in 24 hours… this is supposed to be a upscale resort but I had a motel 6 experience… this is unacceptable. Reviews and online conversations can have a big impact on business as we all know… maybe shape up the way your establishment is ran

Everything about this place is fantastic! The rooms are beautiful we had a great view from the balcony. Service was wonderful and very accommodating. I highly recommend the Orange Sky restaurant for a nice romantic evening, or for a great place for a fun night out. A little on the pricey side but worth every cent! The Blue Coyote Cafe is also a great choice. The only downside are the pools are shallow, maybe only a few feet deep so not deep enough to swim but helpful to cool off. The live music was fantastic and loved the open type of concept of the main floor. If you haven't gone put it on your list, there's fun around every corner.

Beautiful casino, lots of money flowing through the door, Poker area is always fun, drinks and food VERY reasonably priced, food is also phenomenal 🔥 love going here to unwind with the hubby. Great amount of slots and also very spacious to walk around without bumping others even during busy hours. No masks required.

This place is incredible!!! I stayed here last May 2021 for a Mommy free staycation . 2 nights. I realize this is a casino too, but I just wanted sleep and relaxation. And I got just that. The peace and quiet was sublime. The service was wonderful. Staff is kind, considerate and understanding. The room was so Beautiful, clean and luxurious. And the views WOW, Outstanding!!! I will be returning again in July this time for 3 days . I can't wait.

Can't rate the rooms or service, but the building itself is very attractive with pulsating led lights on at night and the inside is of course very clean as well. There is a casino inside with a handful of restaurants; this is the only reason we visited this location, for the Ocean Trail restaurant which was DELICIOUS by the way - see my other review on it. The casino itself does seem very nice and pretty popular, but with plenty of space and availability for others to join in and try their luck. The machines are very attractive and colorful of course and we saw a bachelor party or two amongst the couples and singles. There's plenty to do within this resort, although upon taking a peek at the spa services menu, the prices are pretty hilarious. WAY overpriced, something along the lines of $260 for an hour massage for one person.

We booked the nicest room they had. The room was fine but we were only here for one day so we sat outside in their pool / parking lot all day until 4 when the room was ready. Left and went to dinner. Came back to order desert off their 24 hour room service menu and they don’t have any desert. Couldn’t believe it. The pool is super strange it’s next to like a loading dock for semis so it doesn’t feel nice it feels like a pool in a parking lot

Stay here if you want a mediocre boring time. 4 people at the pool daily unless a pool party or event. Food just ok and very expensive. But most importantly the casino is tight!!! We never won a thing and we played a lot. Bonuses few and far between and when they did hit it was 20$ if you were lucky on a high bet. Would never stay here again. Zero fun

ORANGE SKY is a must visit. Call ahead and make a reservation so you can watch the amazing sunsets behind Camelback Mountain. The wild horses come in at dusk, and it is a sight to see from the balcony of Orange Sky. The food is AMAZING. the staff are very personable and too off the experience, so the night will be a 10 on a scale of 1 - 5. The casino is nicer than others in the area. The hallways are so cool. At the end of each hall it is floor to ceiling glass and feels like you can walk off the edge. The rooms are very luxurious for the price. Comfy bed, perfect pillows. Fabulous pool parties make this more fun than Vegas!

I have stayed in numerous First Nations casinos across the west. This is a very nice casino/hotel. Its not only well done with nice rooms but the staff is great. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Good value too.

It is super super cold here. If you are sensitive to cold,l bring a jacket! There is no smoking here. So it's great for those with asthma and allergies. The bar next to high roller room is awesome. The service is great, they are on it with getting you drinks and being polite.

Never tried the rooms just the casino. Dropped alit of cash of here left with half of it but had some real good times here and enjoyed the time. Left here frustrated as hell also but nothing to do with the casino on day I'll hit and get a room completely for the wins I'm having that day, or how much I lost that day/night/dusk/ or other hours off luck going on during that time. Rooms soon after big win

I absolutely love that this is a smoke free casino!! Keep it that way please and you will always get five stars from me!! This place is always good to me!! If you're staying in the Phoenix area and don't want to be downtown, this is excellent option! Rooms are nice. Casino is awesome. Pool is the best in town!!

I came here for a pool party event. It was okay. The staff was great. The idea of a concert ending early that includes cool lights outdoors is kind of a downer. After 8, not much going on unless you just came to gamble- understandable for a casino, but would expect more live music and fun things throughout the evening.

I have no complaints about this resort. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and professional. Our room had pool and mountain views and it was so nice to open up the windows to the view in the morning. The showers have waterfall heads and are spacious, no bench seat though. They have employees driving golf carts around the large parking lots to pick you up and take you to the front if you have long walks. The place as a whole just has a fun mood and energy as a whole and definitely has my husband and I excited to come back in the future. I will be recommending this place to those I know!

Very nice, compact casino resort with a tremendous number of amenities and outlets. they have all kinds of gaming, spa, outdoor pool, outdoor seating, multiple bars, and restaurants, very nice café and a very helpful staff. The guest rooms were big, clean and set up in a very accommodating way. Very nice decor and the overall layout of the resort was easy to navigate. The location was perfect and it was pretty close to the airport. I would highly recommend this place for individual getaway or for group meetings. Not one complaint at all.

The company I work for had a 3 day convention here. Pearleen our event coordinator was outstanding. She was able to accommodate a lot of last minute requests and went above and beyond. The meeting rooms were elegantly set up and the food was incredibly delicious. The senior staff from my job were very well taken care of. If you have an upcoming business event that needs to be off-site, I highly recommend having it here.

We went to play the slots & I was not disappointed! Came home with winnings! The number of machines is limited, however, there was no problem playing the machines I wanted to play. Many of the machines were multi, so you could play various denominations of money. Good drinks, however certainly NOT free as they are in Vegas!! Very clean! I also bought a BEAUTIFUL pair of turquoise earrings in the gift shop!! The shop is small, but must have an excellent buyer!!

I was winning hit payouts after payouts! Had hand pays adding up to 10,000 for the day . I stayed in the room for a rate of $135. The next day lost all my money. The room to book again was going to be $300. Tip to any professional gambler. Don’t stay the next day if u win they will get there money back

Booked a scenic double queen room for our vacation. Went to check in and was told I had reserved 3 rooms! It took awhile for reception to fix the issue. I was charged for an extra room and they said it would fall off my cc. For the inconvenience we were told that they would send up a fruit platter. We ordered room service and were told the fruit platter would come with our order. It didn't. Told front desk that we didn't want it since it was bedtime for us. They said it would be delivered by 9am instead. Never happened. Room service was delayed a bit because of how busy they were. Ordered from their Chinese food menu. Which was mediocre not great but something to fill us up. Chinese food came with fortune cookies and soy sauce. The room was clean and nice I loved the wooden window shutters. The TV didn't have many channels and the room comes with hdmi, av, etc... hookups if you are prepared to hook those up. Stuck to my tablet for online streaming. The beds are comfy but felt smaller than a standard queen. Loved the rainfall shower but beware if you have the tub faucet on full stream you will get a lot of backslash and create puddles on the bathroom floor. Room was pretty quiet and the outside flashing lights weren't too bothersome. When checking out there are a lot of fees for staying here let front desk know to cancel the fruit platter at check out. They apologized and said they removed some fees. $276 room for one night was $416 + 100 for room service after all said and done. For 4 stars expected better service and food.

Nice resort where you have access to everything you need for a good time. You can golf in the day spend time at the wonderful spa or just play some table games. A smoke-free environment.

So the other day I came to this casino first time and everything was great , came back second day had a great time except ONE THING! TRACY the DEALER At one of the roulette tables did not like the fact I was having a great time and winning! And when I went to give her my chips for $100 and 20s this WOMEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO GIVE A FEW HUNDRED SHORT !!!!!!! On top of that I demanded them look back at cameras to see this scammm she pulled on me and they took her side and as clear as day lied to my face too the sad part about all of this , is before handing my chips to her I took a video on side away from table to make sure I had right amount of chips so end of the day this casino has been exposed for lying to its customers!!! AS MUCH as I want to come back here to play and have a good time I will be taking this matter further

My mother and I came into town to visit a close friend and daughter who was graduating from ASU. First time in Phoenix and at this resort and casino. We absolutely loved our entire stay. Everyone was so nice, kind, helpful - from the valet to the front desk staff during check in to the staff at the gift shop to the staff at a couple of the eateries. We loved the variety of restaurants and places to eat and drink. We loved the cultural center. Everything about our stay was awesome. We will definitely be staying there in the future!

I booked a room here rather than traveling for Christmas and it was great. Room service food was excellent, their chicken wings are delicious. The casino is non smoking and plenty of games to play. Their staff was always friendly to me from the check in to the room servers. I will be back!

Just went in to play a couple hands of blackjack. Was a quick visit dealer took me out in about 15 minutes. I won 1 hand and that was it.Parking is far from the entrance. Valet parking next time. I just don't like anybody else driving my car. FYI if u have the players card you get free valet parking.

I didn't stay here, I just visited because I was told it's very nice. I did go online to look at the restaurants and they look amazing. I have added having dinner at one of them to my bucket list. The Casino is clean and staff is very helpful. The bathrooms are immaculate and there is a cleaning crew that is in and out constantly. Well maintained facility.

Clean place and there was free masks for covid, good precautions were used for the safety of the players. Rooms are spacious and clean nice place to go for a weekend even if you stay in town.

I like going here every couple months. Rooms are nice. Service is definitely above average. Pool area is good. Ocean Trail is a MUST eat at place! Poker room is great. Bar where little band plays is definitely a good hangout spot.

We stayed here for a friend's event and decided to get the scenic signature room with king bed. The room itself was nice and the bed was comfortable, but the view was anything but scenic. We did get a patio though and didn't have to walk far to the pool. We would have chosen another room if they had explained the view from the patio was going to be of the back of tarped cabanas.

Awesome stay. Room was neat and comfortable, property was very clean and well maintained. Pool is large enough for individual space keeping each group separated if you don't want to mingle. Casino bar was great, quality drinks there no holding back. Ten stars to the staff all over the facility. Very friendly and helpful no matter what job. Very attentive in their respective positions.Highly recommend Talking Stick Resort.

Love this casino! Very nice and clear, good atmosphere, and good selection of various slots! My bf won $2000 on the first machine he sat down at! Still a good time though even if you don't win!

We didn't stay in the hotel. Only gambled at the casino. We didn't do the greatest, but we did have a good time. They have Lots of machines. And several live gambling tables. Very busy on weekends but you can still find lots of open machines. Several drink servers walking around unlike other local casinos. Would definitely return.

Nice local resort. Enjoyed the live music in Friday night and the food at the restaurants. Prices weren't that out of line. The gaming however was a bust. The machines eat $20s as an appetizer. It loves $100 too. No joy I must say just watching your money go down the drain. It doesn't matter how colorful the machine is..

The front desk clerk was cordial, efficient and kind. The room was very clean. They had a beautiful soaking tub. Wished we had a longer visit. We will plan it better next time to stay longer to enjoy the amenities. Unfortunately, we were only there one night. I am looking forward to returning to enjoy the hotel amenities!

This was my first stay-cation here. The room was clean and spacious. I had the executive room and the shower was an amazing sight, not to mention the spacious balcony equipped with a lounger, two chairs and a small table. It was lovely. I just wish the had a locals discount for staying. That would give me more incentive to stay again.

If you're looking for a fun getaway that's similar to a Vegas-style resort, but on a smaller scale, then this establishment is definitely worth checking out. The rooms are nicely appointed and provide a comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring. The service here is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure that guests have an enjoyable stay. One of my favorite things about this place is the variety of food options available, ranging from casual bites to more upscale dining experiences. Additionally, the prices are reasonable, making it accessible for a variety of budgets. Getting here is easy, and there is ample parking available, which is always a plus. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Stayed early August, expecting no resort fee per their website on AZ travelers, they hit me for $25 a night. It's a beautiful resort, with mediocre service and staff. It took me 2 days to be acknowledged by any service staff. Few staff smile or greet customers. Not 1 dealer smiled as we passed, 1 mad eye contact. Asked several different staff including hotel reception, players card staff, and even security about the resort. Most weren't sure, none offered to find out any answer. I finally had to ask the concierge, who is not on staff 24 hours. The only 1 with answers! We tried their cafe Blue Coyote for food, VERY limited menu. Ended up getting Chinese food. Everything that came out, was covered in green onions. Yuck. Turns out the chef loved green onions. Tried a 2nd time for breakfast, no non-pork alternatives, same limited menu. Tried others, disappointed. Our room was beautiful, but very unclean. Found dust on shelves, prints on glass windows, even dirt! 2 queen beds, but 1 chair??? No room cleaning until you're there 3 days, no restock of water/shampoos. Shower leaked, had to put down towels. Cheap TP, soaps, tissue. Didn't want to give more waters, when I called for more. If its included in the resort fee, but they refuse it...? There was a water garden we could see from our window, which I visited. It was full of trash. Disgusting! We won't stay nor visit again in the near future. They use the pandemic as an excuse for poor service and staff.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. the rooms were super super clean. I should know because I've worked in housekeeping. housekeeping went above and beyond. they showed me how to drain the tub as it's not the usual drain stopper. the shower and tub in our room was amazing. The restaurant/ cafe was amazing. staff was so kind and help me order the best on the menu. see picture of breakfast under 20 dollars 😱.

Can not wait to go back! Pools are large and comfortable. The rooms are very nice, ( not huge) but then again I was in a Deluxe room with pool view....lots of food choices, casino is huge and lots of fun. Only downfall drinks are not complimentary.

We stayed here for a quick night! One thing to note, the resort and the resort amphitheater are not at the same location, so if you're seeing a show there, don't make the same mistake we made and stay 30 miles away by accident. Aside from that, we had an utterly wonderful time here. Decent gaming floor, loved the Blue Coyote Cafe (make sure you look for the picture behind the reception desk of the coyote with a hot dog). Floors could have been cleaner. There were dirty cups and bags of trash along the hallways that weren't picked up the whole time we were there. Loved our room. The mattresses were so comfortable to sleep on. Excellent Aircon. The pool looked super fun and I wish we had time to check it out!

👍👍 This is a great casino! I love that it's a non-smoking casino, for one. It's also brand new, which is nice. The look and feel of the place is very impressive; it's enjoyable to just be there.
