Management is shady from what I could tell and the area is simply unsafe. Way too many drug abusers within the complex. Refused to move in.

A family member lives here. They can't get the slum lord to fix anything. Or spray for the infestation of roaches. Only some tenets are aloud to have access to the pool. I was told recently they are letting anyone move in with a voucher because they are sure to get rent paid on time monthly. So the crime in the complex itself has escaladed to new and more dangerous heights. I would recommend looking else where to live if you have a choice.

Trashy, mold growing everywhere, leaky ac units that smell, management refusing to refund me for the 1 week that I stayed there and was in the hospital 5 out of 8 days off being there. Doctors now say I can't work because of what happened in that apartment.

((I just wanted to let you know and inform you that I’m thankful for having a roof over my head)) but I feel this place is ((unsafe)) and what I mean by that is that you have to be armed there are ((shootings that happen here almost every three months or so)) and word of advice it’s best to keep to yourself to avoid confrontation at all cost, The other advice that I can give you is to keep the conversation small between the residence or kindly wave and keep it going. I feel this place needs a police courtesy patrol 24/7 other than that Stay Blessed! 🙏🏽

I have stayed here at silver Creek apartments has a hotel visit. It is actually owned by the miles motel and when they have no more vacancy they send people here to these apartments. Truly I must prefer to stay here anytime over the actual miles motel. Not the most savviest neighborhood sure certain things go down here so please if you find yourself here be wary of who you speak with and do not travel alone if you can help it. Other than that the rooms are very Spacey but the amenities are average at best. Old school dinosaur box TVs.

Full of drug addicted people, gun shots every other day, homeless people camping out side your door, people yelling and fighting all day and night. The place is falling apart and the management do not care. They won’t fix anything…. When I complained about people camped outside my door she said just tell them to leave. There a family down stairs that yell at me just for being outside walking my dog. When we moved in there were things that needed fixed we were told to fix it ourselves and they would pay us back for parts. Horrible place just horrible. Bed bugs and roaches everywhere.

I live near here and without living there I can tell how bad this place is. Our whole block is peaceful except for these apartments. These apartments are poorly run and ghetto and apparently have a revolving door of strangers living there since the owners use it to keep hotel guests when their hotel is full (??? Is that even legal ??). There’s constant police activity and shootings. If it was run better I bet my rent would go up..so..thanks for keeping my rent cheap with all this ghettoness? Smh

If I could give them zero stars I WOULD! This is what they consider to be move in conditions. This is sick. Blood is on the carpet along with gum and other spots I’m unable to tell what they are.

Terrible maintenance staff, roach infested, terrible Plumbing. Can't wait to move.

Mary has been nothing but amazing to me and my family. I love her. She is so understanding and she really is trying to help those in need of a place. she is good people. She has never let me down.
