I had to get away for a bit. And the Casino Del Sol, was a great place to go with my family members to eat some great food, meaning anything you want to eat they'll have it. On top of that the place is beautiful from the outside and inside with plenty of parking. Once you get in the slot machines are amazing which had my eye's dialed in to win.

The service was exceptional. Friendly and warm, I enjoyed interacting with every staff person I met. So many food choices - I only got to 3 of the restaurants. The space was open and elegant and my room was comfortable and roomy with a nice decor. Next time I will try the spa and pool area as they look lovely.

Rooms are fine . Nothing fancy. Spacious housekeepers were very nice and amenable. I don't gamble, so I generally hang out in our room. Most of the time I just need to sleep. It's quiet, no outside noise at all. Checkout area is a little sterile, not overly welcoming, but efficient and good quick checking and outs.

Simple! The people! I have a great time every time I go! I always win at first but I' get greedy and increase my bets instead of walking away to the beautiful golf course a winner . I still have a great time. The staff really wants you to win! .great food, drinks and service always with a smile 😃 join the players club and enjoy the benefits! See you there 👍

Did not rent a hotel room so I can not judge them. Drink service was shotty at best not a server to be seen until I was leaving after a 5 hour day luckily I could grab a bottle of water off the tray as I was walking by without tipping because I was not very impressed. Customer services said I had never had a membership card here even though I've lived in Tucson for over 25 years but they made one for me . It is somewhere in a slot machine as I am writing this review because they no longer give tethers to keep it with you as you move from machine to machine. Going to need a new card next trip unless they mail out the found cards to the addresses they are registered at , but who knows when that's going to be as I don't gamble that often.

WE LOVE CASINO DEL SOL! We used 2 comp nights and had an amazing time. This was our second visit, first time staying at the hotel. The rooms were way above my expectations as is almost everything at the resort. Very spacious and beautiful rooms. The dealers at the card tables were more than welcoming and helped me learn a new game or two. The wife enjoyed her time on the slots and we had an amazing dinner at the Italian restaurant, Bellissimo. Their hand made pasta is a must try. We enjoyed an afternoon by the pool on our second day and had an amazing lunch. Definitely try the club sandwich. It was more than enough for the both of us. Will definitely be coming back!

Went during New Years Eve for a couple of hours with some outside family. Obviously it was packed but the staff kept the crowds moving and the drinks flowing. There were employees constantly cleaning the main floor and attending the guests. It was a lot of fun! Though I didn't have the best luck at the slots, I will definitely be coming back with my wife for some date nights and poker. I would recommend this casino for anyone!

I have to admit, I didn't stay the night. I did however, visit on an occasion when they were hosting a Vietnam Veteran Memorial display. My best friend lost his father in Vietnam. I did very much appreciate my time spent at an outside bar . I had a wonderful experience and enjoyed a conversation with my bartender. Watching Football, sipping on a Bloody Mary, and the weather out by the pool was great. Very peaceful experience given the reason I went there in the first place.

The Casino is great! We love the food and staff are awesome nice n easy to get help From. They keep the rooms in and Sanitary condition always. Bathrooms are always stocked clean n attendant to. We love the free Friday gifts and six Pack Sunday's. You do have to play to get points but the games are pretty fun n sometimes Ive won! Definitely recommend Casino Del Sol

We spent 3 nights at the RV Park. It was great. Nice people in the store/gas station. Rates were good and even received a discount due to my hubby being a veteran, they do require proof of your service. Fun time at the casino, food was good. Beautiful grounds. An all around nice couple days. Will definitely return.

I did not get a room so I can't rate that. The casino is nice and clean. The bingo room is where I spent most of my time and that was also clean. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. Valets are always very nice and helpful.

Nice hotel casino. I stayed which they consider Tower 2, Estrella hotel. Very nice and close walking distance to the casino. Alot of food options, my sister and I enjoyed the Happy Hour menu at the Asian restaurant. I would definitely stay here again

Glen Vichengrad, Is the best Casino host I've ever met and I've been to hundreds of different Casinos in the past. Super professional and responsive to the needs of any guest. Casino Del Sol is my favorite casino to gamble. It has become an attraction for me and my family on every time we travel to the southwest. Casino DEL Sol has one of the nicer outdoor venues for music that I"ve been to. The staff was friendly and efficient. To say the concessions were pricey would be an understatement. I liked the security. They were on the ball without being preponderant. Alice Cooper put on a great show. His backup band was dynamic. For those with disability or mobility issues, it's probably one of the best places I've been to in the last couple of years thanks to the attentive people they have working there.

The hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and we had a great experience. We are from CA traveling to TX. The hotel was clean and the food options were excellent. The casino was fairly small based on CA casinos but clean and plenty of bars. We didn't make it to the pool but it was beautiful. I left my pillow in the room, they found it and are holding it for me to pick up on our trip back to CA. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms at this hotel/casino are very clean and comfortable. For your eating pleasures, there is Italian, Mexican, Asian and American food as well as an upscale steakhouse you can choose from. For more enjoyment, there are card tables and a large variety of slot machines. For those sports fanatics, a remodeled sports bar you can enjoy with family and friends.

I went here for the first time since moving to Tucson for their crab legs buffet. Everything was very nice, plentiful and please to the mouth and eyes. I will go again. While, I was here I played a few slots immediately I was losing. My boyfriend won a few dollars which off set the cost of our meal so that is good.

I forgot to mention the bar on the gaming floor just outside the hotel! Every staff treats you like a friend. Happy hour prices in a very comfortable and classy environment are unbelievable. It's becoming a Friday after work habit. And Sara, you just make me happy

We had a room on the 10th floor. It wad such a beautiful view. It overlooked the pool area. We went swimming. The pools are heated and the hot tub felt amazing. The whole ambiance was just amazing. There were some huge grasshoppers that kept jumping on us while we were in the pool, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Saw a concert at AVA and stayed in the Estrella hotel on property. Room was very clean and staff were super polite and extremely attentive. Blackout curtains and a large shower made the room perfect. Room had a nice mini fridge and the casino was right next door. The casino is absolutely massive. The ceiling in a portion of the casino looks as if you were outside. Ate Moby's Burger after the concert as they serve burgers 24hrs. Great burger. Will definitely be staying here again. Definitely recommend checking it out.

I absolutely LOVE this casino! The decor is out of control! To my husband Herr for the first time and he fell in love with Italian villa feel of it. It's amazing plus they have Real 1 penny machines!! U can play 100 games for a dollar.

Rooms were dated and the fitness center was not good at all. Other than that it was a good experience. We had comped rooms so guess I can't complain too much. Buffet was really good. The slot machines were kind to me also so that made it fun.

Was a nice room a little over price for me they couldn’t find my reservation. That was done through third-party barely got checked in. Took almost 45 minutes. Couldn’t argue had a long day. I was too exhausted. Just make sure you book through them directly and not a third-party, because it became a nightmare, even though I had a confirmation number, the room was almost $300 and it was very small -and don’t drink the bottle of water. It’s five bucks ! 😂 but overall if you want to be in the casino this is the place for you. It has a great restaurant with a great buffet - it actually has numerous restaurants.. It was a nice clean room -I just didn’t think it was worth the price.

I've been going to this casino for a long time and I think I've won 2 times maybe 3 . I have spent money there and I never win. Their free play if you don't use it they take it back. The service is good the people on the floor always make sure you have your drinks, bathrooms always clean. Friday and Saturday gets really good a lot of people having a blast . Music is loud a lot of fun. The only thing is it's rare for me at least winning there and getting free play . And I'm just talking about the slots. The tables I think are more of a chance to win but not the slots. For me at least.

This place is an unassuming yet class act of a resort and casino. The room was elegant and very clean. The attention to detail was surprising in the best of ways. The service was quick and personable. Food at all the restaurants was unreal. The sushi is impeccable. The Italian restaurant is a homemade dream. The steak house is top notch with an amazing bourbon selection. Golf at the course was impeccable. If you are looking for a hidden gem of a place…this is it.

We stayed at the RV park which was a very good experience. It was very clean, good working bathrooms, nice laundry. We did have a problem with the credit card w/d system but easily settled. The casino is nice, with lots of choices of things to play, eat and enhance your time

Very cool Atmosphere and they are very good at taking my money. But I am also very good at giving it away. Their drinks are awesome and we love the pizza there. Very glad they were able to add table games to their repertoire

Haven’t stayed in the hotel, but the table games are so fun and the dealers make it a great time Not a fan of slots but the roulette and blackjack tables/dealers are 10/10. Beginner friendly as well, they will teach you how to play

Although the hotel and grounds were beautiful our stay here was a nightmare. The renowned spa was fully booked for the entire 3 days that we were there. We were told we should have made spa reservations when we booked the suite. Nothing was mentioned at the time of the reservation. The Italian restaurant was closed Wednesday and Thursday night. The bathtub drain had to be held up by hand to drain. Other guests at this resort had similar experiences as it was being discussed in the elevator about both the lack of spa appointments and the lack of bellmen to help with luggage. There was no concierge or manager to speak to us as they were "not in".Monday through Thursday no spa no hotel employees to speak to about the conditions. The front desk woman was rude and totally uncaring about our concerns. The was no courtesy or behavior on their part to accommodate my being disabled. It was actually shocking how little care was showed. We went here to celebrate our 50th anniversary and no one there even said Happy Anniversary. All in all very disappointing experience and we would never go back.

I really enjoy spending time here. There are several bars and restaurants to choose from. Everyone is welcoming and professional. The pool is lovely, the staff by the pool are all friendly and attentive. I only dropped one star because I enjoy playing three card poker at the table with my other half. For some reason, it is raised from $5 to $10 randomly but never put back down. I even asked last night if it would come down again, and told it wouldn't. There was no one at the table. Both my other half and I would've sat and spent a couple hundred dollars each if it was $5. An opportunity lost by the casino, and fun lost for us. We'll be back though, no doubt.

Room was big, nice view. Coffee wasn't good and no microwave . Would have tried the buffet but it didn't open until 1 and checkout was 11am. Pool was nice!! Jacuzzi was perfect 1st thing in am. Had to go out to breakfast because nothing is open until 7am.

Had amazing service with everyone in the casino. Too bad that did not carry over to the hotel. My wife and I wanted to stay the night after playing and having fun all evening. We went to hotel front desk to ask for a room. Clerk informed us a king room was available, but told us could not help us until we made a reservation, even though we were standing at the front desk. She did not attempt to aid in any way except to hand us a paper with a number we had to call to reserve that room. What is wrong with this picture? We were right there, ready to pay and go get some rest, but instead we were required to phone an annoying automated system to do what the front desk should have done . This is NOT acceptable customer service for any hospitality establishment. Since when does the front desk not accommodate a customer attempting to stay when there are vacancies. We left there very put out, and disappointed due to the lack of care and consideration. If this is standard practice for this hotel, I would hope someone would rethink this failure to accommodate. Thank you.

I had dinner at PY Steakhouse 4/21/23 & the staff made service an art form. The chef was absolutely on point. I felt fancy & upscale. I unfortunately fell ill during my dinner (underlying cause) & didn't get to finish it- Michael, the manager, took extreme, genuine care of me. Even if you're just visiting the hotel & not staying, please reserve a table at PY. You won't regret it. Let Michael, the Staff and their Amazing Chef pamper you. As for the hotel, the hotel needs new beds, but otherwise everything was absolutely wonderful.

We love coming to the casino and staying overnight but wish there were a few simple changes. It would be nice to have access to both pools when staying there. We had a group staying in both hotels and would have loved to go to both pools together. We were not a rowdy crowd, just wanted to relax and catch up. Also, it would be nice to have extended bar hours at both pools. 6pm is way too early to close. The staff is great though and rooms are nice!

Hands down my most favorite casino to stay at. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool is huge and there's plenty of seating. Poolside bar is great and the option for poolside dining is an awesome option. The cleanliness is top notch. Dealers and servers are always super nice and the restaurants are great.

We stayed in the RV park and it was extremely nice. Very safe, with gated access via your card. Very clean. The best dog park we came across in the entire 4 weeks of our trip! If they treat your dogs that good you know they are doing it right! Just a short walk to the casino, we'll lit and Very safe. We tried to stay there on our return trip but there was no vacancy at the RV park. Bit we will be sure to make advanced reservations on our next trip through the area!

I didn't stay at the hotel however I was in town from Texas and had a blast here!! Won a little money always wished it was more than you spent but hey you come to have fun. Staff was very nice and accommodating!! Definitely will be back!!

JOKE OF A CASINO. I was banned from property after being accused of shattering a game screen. After multiple attempts to get upper management/security to show me proof of breakage they denied and stated they would only show me proof after/during trial. HA! What a joke. I had VIP status here, parking, comps all that. Spent on average $2.5k-4k monthly here easy. And they want $2k to fix the machine I was accused of breaking, stating I could not set foot on property until debt was paid. I have nothing to hide, they are loosing money by keeping me away and I'm ok with that, there's plenty of other places to gamble. Security showed me a crystal clear picture of the damage to machine but would not show me the machine before/during/after my play. Why would I break a machine and assume no repercussions would arise when I was there literally every week. I've spoken with numerous employees as many of them knew me, and they all agreed that this was extremely unfair treatment. So have it cds, you are the only looser here!
