Super Slow! After I waited over 10 minutes they wouldn't take my return because of the box condition. I used the original box that FedEx delivered. The worker wanted me to buy a new box. Seriously will never step foot in this FedEx again.

I give this location 0 stars. I went here for a passport photo. I am using Rush my passport which FedEx has a partnership with. After spending $300 with Rush My Passport to expedite my passport they contacted me and said the photo taken at FedEx does not meet the necessary requirements. When I contacted FedEx to let them know I am coming to get a refund and that they have caused a considerable amount of inconvenience they were indifferent. They can't even get a freakin passport photo right and that is one of their services. I will never use this location for anything again. I hope they close from lack of business because they are incompetent and have NO customer service!

Went there to ship a phone back to google covered under warranty and had a prepaid mailing slip. I was told they couldn't accept it since the label didn't show the lithium battery warning on it and I would have to get a new label or a sticker. They said I coudn't get a battery sticker/label from them and would need to start the return process over in order to get a entirely new label through google. I then asked if I could buy the battery warning label and they said no and they also could not tell me where I could go buy one. I instead ran across the street to the UPS store where they simply gave me a battery warning label to apply to my shipping box. I then had to go back to the FedEx store so they could then accept the shipping package. It was a pretty terrible and bizzare experience. The employees said they were just following what they were told although they could have just slapped a battery sticker on the box and taken care of everything that was needed. The employees were nice enough about it and were just following the new policy but I will try to avoid FedEx and stick to the UPS store if at all possible.

I just want to say the FedEx team here are just topnotch folks! Great customer service. Informative and Reggie does a great job to make you feel secure about packages you waiting to pickup.

Reginald is the man! Helped me ship out a package and also set up an account for my business. Took 5 minutes, quick and painless.

Douglas was so rude with me in front other customers. He is not professional at all. He even said to me “we are jerks sometimes”.

I usually have bad experiences with fedex, ups, and usps.... but today I had amazing service at this fedex location from a great employee, Matt. He took a few extra moments to make sure I was getting the best deal and I was able to 2 day ship my package for a reasonable rate. Im happy, my client is happy, and I will definitely come back to this location from now on.

Do NOT go here. These people have brought quiet quitting to a whole new level.

I just have to say that I love this FedEx. Every single time I go the staff are 110% helpful and friendly. They do an awesome job with printing and projects. Recently I even needed a receipt reprinted and they had it sent to me so fast!!! Would recommend to anyone needing projects done, or anything shipped.

This location has been so supportive and responsive to help my small business. Trish and team do excellent work, clearly care about customer service and have helped multiple times when I needed a print job immediately. They have certain earned my business in the future.

Have been coming here for the last year to ship specimen once a month for the company I work for and the clerk always prints the shipping label and gives me a copy of my receipt. Came in today and said they don’t do this, female clerk was very rude and said I had to go online to do it. Online it asks for a credit card and this isn’t my personal package.

One time I came in to get copies at this store and I had to be in one of the worst moods of my life. The clerk withstood my horrible irratability like a pro. Not once did he stray from being considerate to all my concerns. I later phoned to apologize and he has always been the kindest of kind to me. I appreciate the professionalism and am always satisfied. Plus their hours are the best in the region. Thank

In June 2022 I had several sets of fine china packed for shipment, which I later shipped from FedEx in Nogales, Mexico to Mexico City. The packing job was amazing, not a single item was broke or damaged. It was a little costly, but worth it in the end as I'm sure my packing job would not have been as good.

10-23-2023 Stopped in today for blueprint copies. I was helped by Bobby. He was great to work with as this was my first time getting full size plans. Quality prints, fast service. This is a great resource for contractors
