Doctor Gomez and the staff here are wonderful. They have treated our two young children (3 yrs & 1 mos) with kindness and empathy. Dr. Gomez was so friendly with our 3 year old that she enjoyed being here. He answered all of our questions and addressed or concerns. He gave clear instructions for us and provided ways of tracking progress. All around great location.

Banner medical has been compliant in allowing my ex to steal my identity. My abusive ex used my information with Banner by writing my name as his kids guarantor for their medical bills. I found out and BANNER CLAIMS ITS TOTAL LEGAL and they want me to pay. They also "claim" to have my signatures which they have refused to provide. Long story short, for a medical provider to assist in abuse is baffeling to me. They have sent me collections for a bill for a kid I'm not even related to and have made it very hard to move on from my trauma. Avoid any banner facility at all costs...

Incompetent doctors. If only they listened to their patients. My daughter was VERY ill for 3 weeks & I took her 2x they sent me away… bed rest and over counter medication. I finally took her to ER and she was given 3 prescribed medications to help her heal, 3-5 days after she’s better. Banner health needs to RETRAIN their doctors on handling clients concerns, just because you have a doctors degree does NOT make you a good doctor. With that being said, we (family) no longer be going to that clinic.

I recently had my 1st visit with Banner Health in Gilbert and was extremely happy with the kindness, professionalism, thoroughness, time they took with me (no rushing), excellent medical advice, and genuine care from Dr. Justin Watkins and the whole staff....Lace, Tiffani, and Amy. I left with a smile on my face, and a peace in my heart that they have my back! Thank you, I haven't had this kind of experience in 20 years!!

Very concern doctors and staff. Very responsible and respectful. Definitely will take care of your health needs.

UPDATE: STILL WAITING ON MY PRESCRIPTION FROM JUSTIN WATKINS. I was suppose to get my prescription on novermber 17th. Doctor did not send in my blood work or enough chart notes so insurance denied my rx. I have been calling banner EVERYDAY and even went in in person. Always the same excuse "we will send in the pre authorization" but still have yet to do it!!! I was informed I was going to get a prescription Friday 11/17/2023 after my appointment at 4:30pm. went to the pharmacy and was told the doctor needed to preauthorize my medication. I called banner within the hour of my appointment. I've called banner every day since Friday. Left voicemail's, spoke with front staff and sent messages through the patient portal. No responce. Appointments here are booked out months and now i can not get a call back. They need to audit the number of patients they have and make sure patient care comes before patient quantity. Im physically sick and banner does not seem to care. I will be finding a different clinic. *Banner google responder- If you need more info, email me or call banner directly and go threw the front office staffs notes.

I've been seeing Dr. MARTINEZ. He has been very attentive, caring and has a great bedside manner. It's like sharing with a good friend. He's patient with the lists I bring to discuss but I do my homework so we discuss health options together. Thank you Dr. Martinez for encouraging me in my health care journey and educating me about best care options. You've got my vote for Best Physician!!

The staff were very kind and answered questions I had. My physician listened to my health concerns and helped come up with a plan to make sure my health goals were met. I highly recommend this center. I also needed to get blood work done and it is in the same building. Very convenient

She listens to you. She makes sure you understand everything and she genuinely cares. She is the best! Trust me, you will love her too!

My kids have been seeing Dr Aaron Gomez for about 3 or 4 years now and he is the best pediatrician I have ever met! He goes above and beyond caring for his patients. I love how he interacts and remembers them. I live in Glendale and travel out to Gilbert because he is that great!

Horrible experience. I came here for my alcohol problem and all they wanna do is prescribe me something that worked then remove me from it and force me to suffer. I really wish I had a better doctor. Mr. Martinez is not very helpful at listening to suggestions. If I wanted to be on crazy pills I would have just went to the psychward.

Dr. Howard really listened to my concerns. He didn’t rush the visit, offered me options for treatment, explained everything well, and provided for follow up treatments for physical therapy. I am very pleased with my treatment!

The Gilbert Health Center is great! I’m always greeted by pleasant staff! The gals at the front desk are quick and efficient. Dr Lea and her MA Brianna are wonderful! I leave my appointments with clear understanding, reassured, and comfortable with the treatment plan Dr Lea and I have set.

My first appointment here went smoothly. The front desk staff were helpful, it was very empty so I was able to get labs and an X-ray done the same day, so the convenience is top notch. Recently saw Dr. Smolin and he seemed nice enough until it was time to discuss my labs. I had labs done and an X-ray done the same day. 1 result was barely high and I had already received the results through Sonora quest. When the MA called she asked if anyone had called to discuss my results, I though that was weird but no one had so I said no. She asked if I had any questions and I said yes and asked about the 1 off test. She immediately said “I don’t know” and that she would ask the doctor and call me back. She never did. I called a week later and asked for an update and she said the doctor said to schedule an appointment if I want to discuss the results. Why would I need to schedule an appointment to discuss a basic test result that wasn’t serious? I asked about my X-ray because I had not received any info and she said the doctor said he could refer me to PT, and I again asked why because I had not received anything about the results, and once again she said “I don’t know” and that she would send a message and get back to me. Still have yet to hear anything so I decided to create a portal acct with Banner to send a direct message myself. No answer. I’ve never had to schedule another appt just to get the results of a lab test or any test for that matter and the constant back and forth is extremely unprofessional. Won’t be back and will find another doctor going forward.

My Doctor was very attentive and asked questions to get a better feel for the pain in my left side of my neck. She was my 1st time with her but have been to 2 other Doctors as well in Gilbert location.

Some doctors are good and some are not. Tread carefully. If you get one of the ones that are just going through the motions dont call office manager because that doesnt go anywhere. Needed pain med for after surgery, needed 10 day supply they gave me 3 day supply. From the 6th to the 19 of January we called to correct this with high priority emails and as of this writing no response. Dr. Lea either is too busy or doesnt care. So just tread carefully

I would give them zero stars if I could. Jesse, the manager, keeps apologizing for staffs lack of follow through but continues to make no changes. Requested an insulin refill THREE weeks before it was due and not a single person opened the message sent via portal. I requested the corporate complaint number after problems have continued and he told me to call the clinic-who I called and was directed to corporate. Corporate told me to call the clinic. As a healthcare provider myself, I would never allow a patient to go this long without diabetic management. Shame on banner and shame on this manager.

no ability for seeing your doctor. Doctors will not call you or talk to you at all, without an appointment, even if you got a bad test result and then getting that appointment with your doctor is not available. A nurse may be available if you will accept that

Friends, this is the worst medical facility I have ever delt with. The receptionists are all completely Rude! every time. Messages left for prescription refill never answered? Doctor Howard does not care about anything unless it requires a knife & sutures. IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR OWN WELL-BEING DON'T COME HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I had a great experience at this Banner facility. The staff was friendly, helpful and moved my appt right along without being rushed but taking the time I needed. Rebecca Bell was absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend her. She gets to know you and your health concerns and gives recommendations when needed.

I am new to the Phoenix area and this was my first visit to Dr. Osburn. I had difficulty finding a primary care doctor after moving from out of state. ( I tried two other doctors prior to my visit with Dr. Osburn ) I am happy to say, I HAVE FOUND THE MOST AWESOME PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR! She took her time with me, she never made me feel rushed. She was friendly, her staff was friendly, and she offered so much advice to make sure my health issues were addressed. I waited 3 minutes upon my arrival. I probably waited 2 minutes when I moved to the exam room. This alone was unbelievable to me. Everyone who worked at Banner Health Center was friendly, they seem to love their jobs. It was actually a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to refer Dr. Osburn to all my friends and family.
