Went here to celebrate my birthday. All in all, a great time. We didn't have a reservation, didn't figure we needed one on a Tuesday night. We were told it was a 35-40 minute wait. A bit surprising considering they weren't that busy. We headed to the restaurant to eat while we waited. Service was a little slow, but otherwise fine. Right after we ordered our food, we were told the bay was ready, exactly 35 minutes! My crew decided they would prefer to eat in the restaurant instead of transferring to the bay. We were told it would be another 35-40 minute wait, figured that would be about right. Food came out and was very good. Finished eating, expecting our bay would be ready anytime. Ended up being almost 50 minutes before we were told it was ready. Got up to our bay and there were several that were empty, so don't really understand the long wait. Bay host was great, enjoyed playing the top golf classic. We'll go back again, but may try a reservation to see if that makes an even better experience.

My boyfriend and I came here at 10:30am on a Tuesday to celebrate my birthday. The whole place was empty & we were told there was a 5-10 minute wait for a bay to open which was weird b/c there was only 4-5 bays occupied. We waited 30 minutes for an empty bay to become available to us. While waiting we watched 4 employees hanging around the bar chatting & 6 employees hanging around the bay check-in area chatting. There were at least 4 other employees wandering around trying to find busy work. When we asked what we were waiting for they told us there were no hosts available. Since we had already bought overpriced drinks and food during our 30 minute wait in this empty facility, we had trouble understanding why we needed a host. By the time they decided to seat us at an empty bay that had been empty the whole time, it was 11am & we were so irritated at the service we received we left & spent our money at Fat Cats instead. If you are coming here early in the day on a weekday, don’t expect much. They don’t care if you stay or if you go. Plenty of other places in the area to have fun & you can go right next door to main event or the shooting range & spend the same amount of money or less with much better customer service. Bonus: this was a surprise my boyfriend planned for my birthday & he was incredibly embarrassed that he took me here. Super fail Top Golf!

SO MUCH FUN! great atmosphere, awesome staff (I wish I could remember the young lady's name), but she was attentive, professional, friendly, and an overall pleasure. The fries were good, the queso was great! and the wings were pretty good. My son loves their lemon pepper, and their buffalo wings. If you are a first-timer, or not a great golfer, I would suggest the lower floors, but either way you will have a blast. We are definitely going back.

Updated after manager interaction going to one star: We are visiting from out of state and thought too would be fun to take my boys to stop Golf. Yes it was great time and had great service at first. While there my Boys thought it would be fun to bring their cousins to top golf and have a good time later tonight. So as we left we asked about booking 4 bays for my whole family to come. This is where what would have been a 5 star review turned bad. Never have I had such a hard time booking a place. I went to the front the desk and they said I had to go online to book even tho I was already at the front desk. So went online to book and it would only let me book 2 bays and said if you need to call a number and so I did. On the phone with sales rep I could not even book 4 bay’s to golf. A willing customer ready to come back can’t even get a booking with these guys. Seems like they don’t want business. My kids really want to go with their cousins so I made a reservation and my wife did and I called to see if we can get them together and they won’t guarantee it. Hoping to to get everyone together tonight but don’t have any faith it will happen with the customer service we have revived already. Came or the evening appointment early to get the bay combined. Spoke with the manager Casey and was willing to change times in order to get the bay’s together and she was not willing to do anything about it. Could not have really put us further apart. This place will not get my business again. Giving them a 1 star or too nice but that all I could give.

This is a great place to always come for a night out with Friends and Family. Usually places like this you always expect the food to be okay which is not the case here. I love that the food is great so it is a one stop show instead of having to get together before to eat then get back in the car and drive to your activity, Especially the WINGS. The Service is great, the atmosphere is great, its fun and yes did I mention the food is great!!!

I was going to give it more stars due to the atmosphere and the fun part of playing , but I can’t due to the customer service. First, we were going to start playing and as we were signing up for the 1 hour that we got to play , we realized that a $5 membership was added automatically. Luckily we caught that and they were able to remove it. Then we ordered two beers and some chicken strips. I have to say that the portion is very small ( three pieces of meat and few French fries for $12)-I’ll attach a photo. What made me rate it at three stars was especially towards the end. As we finished our 1 hour of playing and about to finish our beer , the server came and told us that we have to leave the table as they designated it to some other people. We were literally enjoying the last sip and she said that we have to go at the bar since she needed to get it ready for the other people. Really? There were many other empty tables around and I felt like we were kicked out too quick. I was so disappointed by this and the way the server talked to us. If I’ll go again to Top Golf, I’ll consider another location.

Top golf is a ton of fun. You basically get a bday for $35 an hour and it's a blast. Just hitting golf balls into targets. They have a bunch of different games you can play and it's great for the experienced and newbies. They also have good you can order while you play. It's like bowling, but a lot more fun.

Topgolf is a great activity to do any time of year. They cool the bays down really well so you can enjoy golfing all through the hot days. I would not recommend having their nachos as they were very overpriced for 8 nachos with barely anything on them.

Went here for a team outing. Service was excellent. No one’s drink was empty. Fajitas were OUTSTANDING. We had a server for food and a server for drinks. Of course the golf was fun. Everyone on our team has such a great time. Would def come here again!

Nice place, bar area. Food available too. Pool table/ping pong area on 1st floor, not sure it it is on all levels though. They take your order at your bay. Also great with customer service! We ordered the soft pretzels and cheese, and an order of nachos.

We just had a private party yesterday and I have to say it was absolutely amazing!! Our bartender and server were top notch and deserve raises! They were so hilarious and interactive making everyone at the party so impressed with them! The food was delicious and hot, the service was so quick and everyone made sure that everything went smoothly. I was stressing out planning my husband birthday party until I decided to have it at Topgolf! Rebekah made it so easy and stress free! This was our first time ever at Topgolf and it didn't disappoint! Thank you Topgolf! We will be back again!

Had a great time, nice environment, and good food but don’t expect to spend any extra time here without paying for it. Spent over $90 on golfing for an hour and a half and food/drinks just to be asked to leave our bay while finishing our food less than 15 minutes from the end of our golf session. We were rudely asked if we were done and if they could take our food as another group was walking up to our bay yet there were 5+ other empty bays on our level. Something to note before planning your afternoon.

Always a fun time at Topgolf Gilbert! The staff is always friendly and service is always fast. They definitely take good care of you here. Heaters in the rare months it's chilly and fans/misters in the hot months. Fun for our teens and us adults. Food is always yummy as well... must get the fillable donut holes for dessert or snack! Definitely recommend Topgolf Gilbert for fun, food, and drinks.

Amazing experience! This place is super cool for people who are into golf and for people who just want to aimlessly swing their club and have a good time like me. There are some really cool golf games to play and going in a group of 4-5 people will be extremely fun. You can also order food/drinks while playing which enhances the overall experience.

Very very expensive. Not the best service though. Took 45 minutes before we were able to place a food order after asking somebody to grab our server. Drinks were good. But expensive for what they were. The device giving you balls is quite slow. But the ball tracker feature was cool and games were fun. Overrall $160 before tip for 4 people for 2hrs. Barely got 3 games in. $93 for the golf and $67 for a 3 appetizers and 3 drinks. I thought it was also ridiculous to ask for a 20% to 25% for the golfing fee. I'll tip on service. But not for the price of the golfing bay itself

Top Golf is for fun not really for practice. The balls are soft and leave marks on your clubs- so beware if you bring your own. Really pricey at the second half of the day. Tuesday are half off and before noon is the best pricing. I didn’t try to grab food - there’s plenty of food options in downtown Gilbert beforehand or afterwards. Had fun playing for best score. My daughter brought me for my 60th birthday and we had a great time! Mallory, our server, was very attentive and sweet and even brought us a complimentary birthday treat. Dave, the manager, stopped by to say “Hi” and ask how we were enjoying our time. It’s been 22 years since I last swung a golf club, so it was high comedy if anyone was watching! We’ll definitely be back for more fun.

If you are looking for a fun event to hang out with your friends, or a date, this is your spot! You don't need to have any experience to enjoy your time here, clubs are provided, lots of fun golf have and they have an impressive system for teaching your balls! Great experience, and their food is decent! My only complaint is the price for food and drinks can be a little higher than your typical restaurant or bar. And the hourly rate has gone up quite a bit over the last couple years. Parties are limited to 4 people, and if you order drinks and food, with the hourly rate, it can add up real fast...

Celebrated my sons 15th Birthday here yesterday and it was phenomenal. Our server Jake was amazing and attentive. Service was fast and we were informed at time our food and cake was going to be done. Everything was timely, drinks were filled quickly. Top Golf is always such a great time the games are fun and all inclusive. They brought over a set of kids clubs for my 3 year old and he loved it!! We will definitely be back!

This was a blast! Coming from a family of non-golf playing people. We all enjoyed playing angry birds for well over an hour. The staff was on top of their game. The food I admit, I thought, was going to be lack-luster, but I was way wrong it was awesome. Everything was just prefect. We never wanted for anything while here, and our drinks were never empty. We will be going back. It was busy, but it was also spring break.

It's range golfing with friends. It's fun, great competition and loved the selection of games. Service was pretty slow at our bay. But non existent at a table in the bar. Our server took our drink order and then disappeared. My friend tells me our drinks are sitting on the bar. I waited another 5 minutes because we were chatting anyway. Still nothing, so i went to the bar and asked for our drinks and gave them out tab... still never saw the server even after we finished. So i went to the bar and got drinks.

I attended a group event here. I personally can’t golf but that’s ok!! I had a great time. Good food and drinks. The building is 3 levels. I watched the golfers with an up close seating area. Super fun place to hold a party or group event

I love coming to Top Golf ⛳ I played in high school and in college, so it is very nostalgic of my childhood. I took my kids this time and they had a great time... for sure going back whenever the feeling hits 😉

This place is a lot of fun- think of a driving range and bowling combined. You don't have to be good at golf; the close targets are only 25 yards away, and you still get points even if your ball just rolls in to the holes. The computer system tracks your ball the entire way and gives you stats such as height, speed, distance, and distance off of straight. So even if you want to just practice your swing, it gives you a great idea of how cleanly you hit the ball and the exact distance. It can get pricey, especially on a weekend at night. The pricing is cheapest on weekdays before noon. You also have to pay $5/person extra for every person that hasn't registered before. We went early so we didn't get any drinks or food, but they had a nice menu and most of the stuff wasn't too expensive. Our waitress did a great job of keeping our water glasses full.

First impressions are everything!!! Originally, I spent some extra money for a reservation rather than a walk-in. I get there and they could not find the reservation. I had the conformation ready and was ready to rock & roll. They told me they would have me out in (10) minutes, I was out in (5). I had never tried anything like that. I was put in a very comfortable spot and they had some of the best buffalo wings I've ever tasted. I bought an hour session for about ($37). Very well spent. My server was extremely polite and earned every dollar of his tip. I would recommend this TopGolf location to anyone. Will be back very soon!

They've had a number of years to get the process refined but clearly a lack of leadership still exists. Way too many staff on hand that do little to nothing. I'm all for creating jobs but good lord. The whole process from check in to starting is just ineffective. The vision is there but the overall execution needs a complete overhaul. Frequent vistitor.

So much fun! We make sure to come at least once every time we visit Gilbert area. Not a far drive from Mesa! Also, the food is typical pub food but it was satisfying. Lot's of beer on tap and the servers were upbeat and promoting a really positive environment for everyone.

Lots of fun. They have taken some precautions as a result of covid. Decent food, drinks, music and quite a few different golf games.

No wonder this is the lowest profit location. They can only have 50% capacity and they can’t even handle that. Sat at a table for 20 minutes before we had to flag a server down to greet us.

Had family in town and decided to go here for an early dinner. Showed up around 4p on a Thursday, walked right in without a wait. Had no problems, great service. Would come back again.

I'm not a big golf guy but hitting balls in fun and I was surprisingly sore after. The food there is amazing do yourself a favor and try some I was pleasantly surprised.
