I ordered orange chicken and chicken fried rice and also had mandarin green tea. I have to tell my experience like it is & point out the good. The best thing was the mandarin tea, customer service, and cooking are looked clean. Literally they served me 9 small round pieces of orange chicken. I never send food back/complain in any restaurant because I won't take the chance of retaliation. The flavor was also too pungent. As far as the chicken fried rice. The portion and flavor was good, but the chicken was chewy.

Red lobster at one time was better than average, many, many years ago but now....umm...nothing I would want to go back to not when there are so many really good restaurants to choose from in Phoenix . Granted those restaurant's aren't all "seafood" places but fresh frozen is still fresh frozen when your living in a desert. Honestly Red lobster in general has taken a nose dive in quality over the years.

The dining area was clean and we were the only ones there so social distancing wasn't a problem. I do need to mention......... We showed up at 7:40pm and they closed at 8:00. They treated us like it was the middle of the day. They didn't get cranky because it was almost time to go home. I absolutely recommend this place! They are simply great and I will go back more times now.

They will not give you food and then not replace it. Astounding... I ordered before close and didn't receive one of my items. By the time I realized they were closed. No big deal, still have the receipt, come by and get it replaced the next day...NOPE. I have never had this happen. Truly amazing to me. I have a receipt with 8 items, tell them they missed one and they say sorry... Wow garbage service. That's customer service 101.

First time visiting and very disappointed. I got the beef and broccoli over noodles. The broccoli had an unpleasant after taste and was under cooked. The steak was overdone and chewy. The noodles were not tossed in sauce like I requested so they were all clumped together. We also got the general tso spicy chicken and white rice, and there was only 3 pieces of chicken. Not a good first impression.

Wow, Pei Wei used to be a decent restaurant. I ordered orange chicken and couldn't tell if they made a mistake and gave me tofu. It looked like processed cubes with some breading. The sauce tasted like something you'd squeeze out of a packet. Prices are higher and quality is lower unfortunately.

I've only been to this Pei Wei a couple times. Both were good experiences. The attendant on this trip though was awesome. She was incredibly polite and incredibly knowledgeable. She was incredibly organized as well. Okay she was incredible.

The items we ordered were pretty tasty. The spicy general tso wasn't very spicy, just adding whole red chilli pods won't make the dish spicy like advertised. The orange chicken was very sweet and the pork egg rolls we're perfect.

I was going to eat inside but there are CRACK HEADS / HOMELESS people everywhere in this area and especially near this restaurant, it almost felt like I was in an episode of The Walking Dead I won't be doing business here I'll just be going to another one further away who takes more care of there restaurant! I don't know why more people don't eat out. The place is so beautifully decorated and the staff is super nice. The Pei Wei recipes are on point and the portions are full filling. I am a regular and keep coming back.

This place is several steps above other Asian or Pan-Asian restaurants in the area. The food is always cooked to order. It tastes great. The customer service is fantastic, and the staff is happy everytime I come in. Because the food is cooked to order, it does take a bit longer than other fast food joints. But I'd rather have food thats prepared when I order it than have something that was cooked in a large batch and left under headlamps for several hours. Ive come here several times, and I will continue to keep coming back for the great tasting food, and friendly staff.

This Pei Wei is usually pretty great. Had the sesame chicken which was great along the chicken potstickers which are a new item. They were a bit on the small size but tasted good.

They reheat the chicken and possibly wash out the chicken. My fiance on our second visit got hard chicken that they called Teriyaki Chicken. Plus the cashier will double order your food or order something you didn't order so your order will go up. Not a good place when you got tricksters handling your money and food

Ordered food and it was like a soup it was the Mongolian beef with cauliflower rice fried rice and it was very soupy but I called and asked them if they could remake it with fried brown rice which they did without any complaint and was very helpful and was ready to go by the time I pulled up and was very polite and Gracious

The food here is very delicious. Its a great place if your looking for something healthy. The only thing I didnt like was the portions. We paid like $40 on our meal and it barely had any orange chicken on it. OTher than that, the presentation was clean and the staff was professional.

Great food, cocktails, and service. My cocktail was the strawberry sunset, which was a fruity drink. We had the devil eggs for an appetizer, which were amazing. For an entree I had the buffalo burger, which was cooked perfectly.

So I decided to go in and place the order in person, i heard the phone ringing and the lady at the front was ignoring the phone as it rang. I asked her why are they not answering the phones and her response was we are so busy I was told not to answer them. I advised her that I was trying to place an order over the phone and no one was answering, I was on hold for 9 mins and 53 seconds. Her Instant response was well that's not my problem. I advised her how frustrating the situation was so she contacted someone to talk to me about this. A gentleman came up to me and reiterated that they were busy which was why they were choosing not to answer the phones. I advised him that her comment "Its not my problem" is what really bothered me, it was rude and is an example of poor customer service. He just shrugged it off and didn't seem to care about it. Very bad customer service, horrible experience, I used to like coming here but now I don't feel comfortable coming back or ordering from here again, don't want to get treated that way again.

Just got my first order from them & this entire meal was gross. I ordered honey seared chicken with fried rice, kids chicken with noodles, wontons, pork egg roll, & the Thai donuts. The honey chicken sauce tasted like straight vinegar & the fried rice looked no where near fried. The kids chicken noodles were soggy & the chicken taste bland and dry. The egg roll was like mushy pork which was gross. The wontons cream inside was so thick and the flavor was off. The donuts were the only good thing out of this.

I love quick, easy and fast service on the days you need it. I like how Pei Wei has become more versatile with the menu options. My favorite dish is the Kung pao shrimp 🍤 and I ask for the drunken noodles. Ask them to toss the noodles in the sauce so that it doesn't taste plain like in the picture. Sign up for their rewards program because it pays off when you earn a free entree or even a free shareable for your birthday 🎂.

This is a really good place to go to start a good date. The food is fresh and is 100 times better thank panda, I feel good after visiting, instead of feeling like I ate alot of grease and sugar. Highly recommend this place.

This was a pleasant experience nice clean restaurant. The food was delicious and I enjoyed every bite. I ordered the firecracker chicken and the new hot honey chicken. Dumplings were cooked to perfection. Lettuce wraps are nice and crunchy. For the price I paid for two I could have been offered the catering tray for three. The catering tray for three is probably your best bet if you are hungry and want to get the best for your buck.

Finally, there is an alternative Chinese stir fry cuisine to challenge Panda Express. We passed by this restaurant today to try it out. The kitchen layout and order flow are more like modern day restaurant chain such as industrial interior design, high ceiling, and open kitchen. The menu is similar to Panda Express but it’s less oily and a bit more sweeter from my perspective. Majority of the dishes are chicken. I didn’t see any pork dishes except the wonton. The manager (I assume) at the reception is very friendly and attentive. What I like the best is when I ordered takeout, he just gave me a receipt without any chance to sign anything next to a now-standard-practice of 15%, 20% 25% “suggested” tip. That’s why I like about restaurants chain over some individual restaurants offer almost no service but dare to ask a big percentage of tips. In the future, i would choose this over Panda anytime we have the option.

This place did an amazing job! The food was bomb and the lettuce wrap were on point! The service was done with a genuine smile as well. This location was on top of their stuff and it shows! Went for takeout the other night - the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and told to take our time deciding. Food was prepared quick (as quick as one can cook food). The service was amazing and friendly. The only issue is they have a code for the bathroom. When I asked one of the workers (the cook, as the bathrooms are next to the open kitchen) for the code, they seem to get talked to for giving me the code rather than to stop cooking mine and other peoples food to open the door for me - which then would involve them washing hands and everything else. At the time of day we were 2 of 6 customers and it doesn’t seem a unhoused transient problem area so not sure why someone would have an issue with the bathroom code - which I forgot by the time I got into the bathroom.

Online ordering was unsuccessful at first. So I had to order takeout on the spot. The restaurant serves meals very quickly and the meals are delicious! Thanks to the service staff for their assistance.
