Jeff, the leasing agent, was the first one to help us find the unit that was perfect for us, and was very transparent about the building, amenities, available units, pricing, as well as surrounding areas. Jeff and his colleague Ryan were both very friendly, supportive and helpful, from answering all our questions to signing the lease all the way to move-in day and beyond. So far, we have no complaints about our building or unit, and look forward to when all the unfinished areas (like guest parking, jacuzzi, and Zion Market) are complete. Angela has also been welcoming and helpful the few times I’ve met her!

The team at The Rise Koreatown are truly a dream team - their TOP tier service + willingness to make you feel at home has greatly contributed to the move in experience and the inviting atmosphere at the complex. Upon my arrival, it was Steven who extended the first warm welcome. His commitment to the residents here is undeniable and it's clear that he is dedicated to making The Rise a wonderful place to live. Jeff's readiness to go the extra mile is something that truly stands out. He is consistent in delivering high-quality service and his friendly approach contributes to the positive environment to the building. Angela's patience, particularly when addressing my numerous questions (ty), is greatly appreciated. Her efforts in ensuring that all residents' concerns are addressed are truly commendable. Sorry if I missed anyone but truly everyone on the team has been so amazing. It's been a week so far and I can definitely say that there's no better place to live in Koreatown!

It's been a month since I moved here from Jersey City. Surely one of the better managed apartment buildings I've stayed at. Most amenities are in place and well maintained. The management and leasing staff including the security patrol team is genuinely nice and proactive, especially Jeff. Hope they keep up the good work!

Absolutely love this apartment complex! The leasing team is so professional and nice, super helpful! Jeff and Ryan are fun but professional! Stacie and Angela are the sweetest! Jackie, the general manager is a boss the way she runs the property! The property itself feels safe and clean thanks to courtesy patrol and maintenance. Definitely recommend 🙌

She took so much time with us and answered all the questions that we had thoroughly. 30 minutes of a tour with her literally hooked us into his place and we decided to move in. Very professional and kind. The best community manager that I've met so far. Very nice and neat place, a great swimming pool area, a fantastic city view from rooftop, and 24/7 gym with sauna and yoga place. What more can you ask for! Edit on 7/2/23: Angela, Jeff and Ryan, all the community managers were very kind to check with me everytime I met them at the lobby. Asking If I need something else, checking if the unit was working nice and smooth, etc. They were making sure so that I wasn't missing out whatever they or this place has to offer. Fantastic team.

We just moved my mother into The Rise apartments, and she is loving it. The leasing agent team has been so helpful and attentive. Angela Choi particularly has gone above and beyond to help my mother feel welcome into her new home! The team is organized and quick to respond any maintenance requests. Also want to note that this has been the most respectful maintenance crew we’ve come across.

Great facilities and amenities. The only place with such a great cozy work area and gym facilities. I booked a showing with Jeff who was super approachable, warm, and genuine. I could tell he was more interested in making sure my interests and preferences were taken care of. This sort of customer service is what makes him a great asset to the company - I also had to rebook my showing and he was able to accommodate well. Look forward to coming back and checking out more apartments that he recommended tailored for me - give that guy a promotion!

I just moved in and I’m in love with this place, it’s so clean and brand new. The amenities are fabulous and the leasing staff are so lovely, they really make you feel like your at home, thank you Stacie, Jeff, Steven and Angie for all your hard work, they make it a great place to live and they have amazing positive vibes. The maintenance staff are really efficient and friendly too. I really love my apartment, everything is so new and never been lived in and it’s the best feeling. I looked at 8 different apartments around Ktown and I’m glad I chose this one.
