I shop at Sally Beauty often. This is only the second time at this location. The first cashier needs some training. Even though I said my items were on sale and I saw a sign she said no and rang me up full price. The other cashier was much more helpful, checked the sale sign. I had to get a refund on everything and be rang up again. Waste of time.

Management/owners The employees are rude and unprofessional. All they did was talk at the register like little girls in high school.. another time I was in there an older heavyset women was rude as well. They act like they know about customer service , hair and beauty but they dont. I won’t shop here, and I’ll tell my friends not to either.

This store is awful The employees are not into helping customers at all. They pretend to know about hair and beauty but they don’t. The few times I’ve tried to go in and shop, the staff are more interested in talking to each other. They stare at you as if you are going to steal something.

After entering, the La Habra staff is welcoming and ready to assist you. When asking questions they answer without attitude and guide you to what you’re looking for. The best part is shopping with NO locked cabinets nor do I have to buzz then wait for assistance. The shelves are clean and stocked with items. The prices are reasonable so I’ll be shopping here more often.

Leslie (I hope that’s how you spell it) was absolutely amazing! When I called today to ask about my hair dying process, she really took the time to assist me. She made sure she knew what product I was talking about because we were talking about developer and I told her that I wanted the color exactly on the box she was patient and took the time to explain everything to me while helping other customers I’m assuming. Thank thank you so much for this great customer service I appreciate it kindly, have a beautiful day.

I went in and found exactly what I was looking for. I discovered that my dye was on sale but the free product they were offering wasn't on the shelves. The employee offered to assist me and she went into the stock room and came back with my free product. I left happy with my purchase.

A young lady help me today great customer service goes I wasn't looking to dye my hair at the moment I wanted something temporarily with color to put in my hair she wrote suggested fancy full I put it in my hair after I washed it dried it and did not see any results but wanted to try it anyways. Great customer service goes though

The staff was so very helpful and friendly, left me feeling.like u wasn't alone, very diverse in their knowledge of hair products
