Came here for late night drinks. The drinks were good, cafe was decent size, and the staff was great. The only thing I would say is that, they close the cafe at 10:00, but on Google, it states 10:30. Drive thru is open til 10:30, but the inside is closed at 10:00.

Awesome place that have drive through . The UberEat delivery always has the secure , safe , well packaged bags . The in store pick up is super fast ,the drive through line is bit of long sometimes. Overall, excellent coffee place where are professional and polite staffs .

Coffee and tea were okay. Service was alright and atmosphere was bad. Seating was little and chairs were bounced up.

Second time the drive thru is very slow !! Service so bad , I request for pure chocolate and they give mocha !! I don’t have time to come back for change mi drink !! Worse coffee bean ever

Love their drinks! The staff has definitely changed since the last time we were at this location. We were a little disappointed that we didn't get our free item on my husband's birthday and they didn't know what to do to help. But we still got awesome drinks, especially the new mint one.

I drive 20 minutes for this coffee at least once a week. Worth the drive every time. Thanks for giving my pup a puppy cup he loved it

Took 3 minutes to someone come to the register. There was nobody in line only me. 2 customers on tables 4 people working And the worst is the "TIP CULTURE" don't they get paid? And at the pin pad there's place for percentage and other... its ridiculous, I want to be the one who decides how much and if yes or not to tip. Please stop the tip culture.

Horrible service. They burned my food so bad it was hard and inedible. They refuse to give me a refund over the phone as well. I explained to them multiple times that I do not live in the area and I can not go to in person. I have all the details, but they won't explain why they can't do it.

The blended coffee and tea is good. Other coffee drinks are a hit and miss at times. The staff is always friendly. I like that it has plenty of seating and places to plug into if you need to recharge a laptop or phone. They have a nice covered patio area with comfortable seating. The food choices are not that great, I will only order a few things to eat there. Overall it's a nice place for a regular cup of tea or coffee.

Probably the most convenient off the freeway coffee you're going to find. Quick off and back on location. Always stop by before work.

Every time I order they miss my notes. Why is it I request straw.. because I have a drink,napkins .. because I have food, spoon because I have oats, it’s never in my bag. 4 out of 4 times and it’s very frustrating because I can’t enjoy my items at work since I don’t have the correct items to eat or drink with

Had an employee come to me when I was ready to order . The guy who was giving me my drinks almost spilled my drink as he basically threw it. When I told the guy which one was which so he noticed my sizes were not given the way I ordered. He just gave me a response as I was stupid that I didn’t know what I ordered. I asked bc my drinks were given incorrectly , then made me feel as if I troubled him to fix it .

Walked in here excited to try something new. No line inside a couple cars outside. The couple people sitting inside already had their drinks. Menu didn't reflect online menu, no biggie was able to figure something out. Did I forget to add not one greating or I'll be right with you. After still waiting to place order still nothing. Needless to say I was able to walk out without ordering. I guess theres a reason why people are loyal to....I don't think I need to say the place.

Went there for breakfast. Our Cappuccino and hot Mocha Latte were good, that's why I give two stars instead of one. All our food was pre-packed (lots of plastic packaging), stale, overpriced and mediocre, at most. Maybe it's fine if you go to the drive-in, but not for a cozy breakfast at the restaurant.

Clean ,spacious ,well lit space and friendly staff . We ordered a few different things and everything was ready within minutes . The only thing I did not like was that there was way too much ice in all drinks except for the cookie butter frappe . The ice occupied 70% of the glass and there hardly was any beverage after a few sips . They should probably let people know that in advance or probably give a choice to go light on ice. We also had the banana bread which was just average .The Mango cold brew tea was really flavorful and not too seeet. The caramel latte was rich and yummy . The dark chocolate latte though was just flavored icy coffee and nothing else . Pricing seemed reasonable

I am absolutely happy about coming here it’s my favorite spot to be at when i just want to lounge around and get some reading done!

Everyone is super nice and I felt the positive vibes from the store! I usually get a caramel ice blended...Thank you for the great service!

The workers seem to be nice and have good attitudes. Still a favorite place to stop when convenient.

Love this coffee bean, such great customer service. Highly recommend their cheddar jalenpeno bagel delicious, and mocha frap.

Was Dashing and picking up orders here and the staff was totally rude and unprofessional especially some guy that felt the needed to assert his male dominance to a customer by ignoring him and me for no reason after I was patient with them but instead proceeded to look at me and at his staff and laughed like if it was funny. Perfect customer service. Staff was celebrating Saint Patrick's Day with green attire. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Very clean inside and out. Very good selection of drinks and good selection of snack foods. Service was quick. Will go again
