Terranea
has
been
on
my
list
of
places
I
wanted
to
stay
for
a
long
time.
I
can't
say
I
was
totally
disappointed,
but
I
was
also
not
blown
away.
For
the
price,
I
was
pretty
shocked
at
the
poor
level
of
service.
When
we
arrived,
our
room
wasn't
ready
-
at
5:15PM!
We
had
been
told
we
could
check
in
at
4
at
the
latest,
so
we
were
very
frustrated
to
wait
with
our
bags
in
the
lobby
after
a
long
day
of
travel.
Not
to
mention,
at
the
hourly
cost
of
this
hotel
for
an
ocean
view
room,
that
was
almost
$100
of
time
we
shouldn't
have
had
to
pay
for.
Luckily,
the
location
was
spectacular
and
the
ocean
view
made
up
for
a
lot.
But
we
were
also
surprised
that
after
a
day
by
the
pool,
our
room
had
not
been
cleaned.
We
didn't
expect
a
full
service
even,
just
simply
new
towels
and
a
made-up
bed.
This
kind
of
service
is
what
we
expect
these
days
from
a
lower
level
hotel,
but
the
price
they
ask
you
to
pay
makes
the
small
details
matter
much
more.
I
would
recommend
saving
your
money
and
booking
a
vacation
where
you
will
get
great
service.
I
can
only
hope
Terranea
goes
back
to
the
quality
I
heard
so
much
about
before
COVID
-
as
it
stands,
I
would
not
return.
