The veggie bowl was absolutely delicious! They had so many creative options and unique sauces. However; the pita with schwarma was really lacking in flavor, the meat was dried out and chewy. This place is great for vegans/vegetarians but not for meat lovers...

We had a great time at Mezeh Mediterranean Grill at National Harbor. The alternatives offered are great for almost endless combinations of delicious and healthy food. The large boll is almost too much for one person alone! Ingredients were fresh. Sauces were delicious. Service was great although some servers were not as nice and service oriented as others! We were impressed by one in particular! Well done! It is definitely a place to visit more than once!

Excellent food! The worker that was helping me was a little rude, I think she was annoyed because I wasn't sure what to get... It's fine! Overall the food was super yummy so I highly recommend it. The lamb kefta (meatballs) where an extra $1.50 so I ended up paying $12.60 for one bowl.

This is my second time in Mezeh. Unfortunately we don’t have any closer to my residence . I have visited different location before and loved the food and service. So today I was in the area and decided to get my Bday lunch there. What a mistake. Food is still fine . Young lady there was just plain rude. I was all happy and just got snappy attitude back. My hubby was served by other employee, (slightly older person) who was super sweet and even gave me a cookie after he mentioned it’s my bday. You can’t enjoy food after bad service . I will be avoiding this location from this point on. If young people don’t want to work in providing service they need to find new job or go study. I told myself I should have just walk away. National harbor is full of places to eat with much nicer service. After reading the reviews I realized I should have checked this place online first.

We didn’t really know what to expect from this place but it was close to our hotel so we thought we’d give it a try. It’s basically the build-your-own-burrito concept but applied to Mediterranean food. My family didn’t really know what to expect but the staff was awesome and super friendly and walked us through the ordering process and answered all our questions. It was all super good. My wife said she’d eat here every day if she could.

I visited here at opening about 11:03am. All the food was not readily available, they didn't have any kale, nor eggplant. Even though those two items are essential to my bowls, that's understandable but opening the doors at 11 and not having all the food in its proper area/space is not acceptable

For the area, their dishes were inexpensive, plentiful, and very tasty especially the falafel!

Being an only halal restaurant right at the waterfront National Harbor Maryland is A++ in itself and the food itself is so inexpensive especially if you see the location. I’m impressed with cleanliness and the ambiance. I got a bowl and it tasted delicious. I’m impressed how well done chicken was cooked yet it was juicy. The only thing I wanna mention is that please tell them to put less salad otherwise your entire bowl will be 75% salad because that’s the first thing they put into the bowl. If you’re a health freak and like to eat clean/healthy then this should be your go to place. P.S. they have other locations in Arlington, VA and Springfield, VA.

Horrible, Horrible service. I will never go back to this location. The others aren't any better either. But this location tops them all. Walking in all 5 of us can see the unhappy employees at the Mezeh. It started with my wife's bowl. What am I paying for with the extremely small portion. Our bowls were not filled up. They are cheating everyone out of money. I spent $70 there and will never do so again.

We recently visited National Harbor on weekends, and it was hard to find a seat in bars or restaurants during dinner time. We were lucky to find this beautifully decorated middle east chipotle style chain restaurant in the city center. Everything was quick and efficient, and the gentleman behind the bar seemed very nice. Food was delicious and the price was very reasonable during this high inflation time.

I've had Mediterranean food a handful of times, so I didn't know exactly how to build a my own bowl. I wish they had some default bowls to choose from but everything turned out to be tasty. I essentially picked a protein and then told the staff, "I don't know what to get. I'd like a little bit of everything," while politely declining items that I knew that I would not/do not enjoy. It turned out delicious! They give you a lot of food if you build a bowl and all the components were delicious in their own right. I would say the only thing that could have made it better would have been if the food was served warmer or hot. But, I get the feeling that is not how the food is meant to be served so not taking off any stars for this. My partner enjoyed his food as a big ol' burrito 🌯 as you can see in the photo. Lovely interior decor and classy music as well 😂 They also have some unique, drink flavors! I really enjoyed the mandarin drink with tumeric in it!

There was a long wait line all the way to the doorway. The line was able to move fairly with three staff were working and serving. We had one chicken kebab bowl with arugula, spicy hummus, roasted vegetables, chickpeas, pickled onions and olives. Another one was chicken kebab in pita pocket also with arugula, spicy hummus, roasted vegetables, chickpeas salad, pickled onions and Turkish olives. They were both good and in fair prices in this tourist area on such busy Saturday noon.

Had great expectations at Mezeh. Love Mediterranean food and I eat it often, but Mezeh was a miss for me today. The staff was very nice - food was just ok, I could not finish my meal. (Disappointed) The toppings were just not fresh and overall lacked flavor.

In town for a conference, and decided to carry out from Mezeh. I built my own bowl and it was excellent - everything was loaded with great flavor. The young man who assisted me was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

It's like the Chipotle for Mediterranean food! Fresh, delicious, and hearty. They were somewhat busy when I went for lunch and appeared to be struggling with staffing as several tables on the outside were not clean. I ignored it because the food was good.

Fantastic food and it tasted fresh. So many options with the big bowl that you can’t go wrong. Healthy eating at a good price made with quality ingredients. Service was quick as well.

Just get a bowl and experiment! Great place to get something light and delicious - a great alternative when you're sick of chicken sandwiches and pizza! Both my friend and I liked the food. No issues with cleanliness, seating, or customer service. Their fruit teas are good too, but don't expect them to be sweet like soda.

This Mediterranean restaurant is a must visit for lunch. The food here is delicious and prepared to order. Great selection of fresh ingredients and drinks.

Looked inside the store to find that nobody was dining in. I initially thought this to be strange; upon entering, I would discover this was because the ac was broken inside and I had to eat outside where it was 80+°F. This being the first time in the mezeh, I was unsure of the process of ordering and the different options available. I was rudely rushed through the order and the staff was not entertaining any of my questions. Instead I felt that they were making decisions for me. The drinks were also disappointing as their was no way to get ice and drinks that were supposed to be cold were instead hot such as lemonade🥵. I understand that the area, National Bay, is more touristy and because of that customer retention is not as important. I still feel that as a national chain, that a good customer service is essential. I did not receive that here. As for the food; it was pretty good. I enjoyed it. The ingredients complimented each other and the sauces pulled everything together.

If you need a quick bite with friendly staff you found it. The foods phenomenal. Full of flavor and hots the spit perfectly. I tried there chicken and lamb. What a combo let me tell you. Added then all the veggies yes won't get charged any extra for it. Was an excellent choice. The staff are great very knowledgeable of the menu and assist where needed for a bowl. For the review I would give it a 9.1 out of 10 on 🔥 scale Future content follow officialgetfresh for travel and food adventures.

Wow, so many flavors in one bowl. Very similar to Cava but with more toppings to choose from. I got a chicken shawarma bowl with kale, mixed greens and a ton of toppings. Only thing I’d change is to get less sauces / dips next time. I asked for a little tzatziki and a little harissa and she gave me a lot of both, which was too much on top of the dips I added. Other than that, was delicious, and reasonably priced at $13 for a very filling meal. Great location for anyone who wants to explore the National Harbor too.

The staff are extremely helpful and work hard, preparing the food fresh and completing orders. Best salad in the area!

Food is good but attitude is bad as well as service. No ice at the fountain drink machine, water was hot. I had to ask for napkins to get them. No receipt was given. Also bathroom were out of service. I asked to get salt nicely the lady gave me anger No gesture. This was July 26 2022 on a Tuesday.

This was the first of the chipotle style, Lebanese restaurants! Authentic flavorful ingredients, and a plethora of fresh and cooked ingredients to add to delightful bowl that tastes like magic in the mouth!!
