The young cashier asked every customer for their phone number to receive coupons. When taking my order I was not asked nor greeted. After receiving my order I left the store only to return because my order was incorrect ( probably done intentionally). While correcting my order I hear the sandwich makers complaining. It's not my fault you did not pay attention to the special instructions. She even yells "damn how many sandwiches do she have". I have patronize this establishment for years. I will be writing to Headquarters to express my recent experience. I will never return.

Their ham is the best!!! Today I had ordered a barbecue ham sandwich and it was excellent . Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I bought from the freezer section, i.e., fried apples and augrautin potatoes and I didn't like them. Apples were soft and soggy enough to mash like mashed potatoes and way too much cheese and less potatoes for the augrautin. That's the only bad experience I've ever had at the Honey Baked Ham store.

My father always bought baked ham here, but I never knew they made sandwiches until today. A bit pricey, the meat and toppings on the sandwich barely filled-out the bun and the meat was quite cold to the taste. Good service otherwise. Will I return?

Morgan was there when we went and she explained the menu items, offered me their vegetarian options and even recommended ways I could save money when trying new items. I will definitely return.

Best sweet tea ever my husband love their sandwiches

It has been a 22 year wait to return for me. First impression is the Store is really clean the staff were friendly and took time to explain items and what is available for special orders. The Ham sandwich was delicious and the toppings were fresh along with the condiment . I also purchased a smoked turkey sandwich which is equally delicious. I will be returning for a cake and a take home meal. Well done Honey Baked Ham Store.

If I could give 0 stars I would! First time going here - spent over $150 online, came to pick up and the staff was super RUDE . WILL NEVER RETURN. Don’t waste your money here , try whole foods 🤷🏽‍♀️.

Delicious smoked turkey! It was a hit at Thanksgiving along with the honeybaked ham! I also enjoyed their chicken salad! During the holiday season, I found it easier to order and pay online, it's quicker than waiting in the long lines

Horrible experience at Honey Bake Ham at Forestville Maryland locale. Prepaid line past the laundromat near Shoppers. Told, ran out of available hams, more are being pulled from the truck and glazed. Management argued with customers in and outside the store. Bad management. Manager should've have known her inventory verses what has been accounted for through prepaid customers. Unacceptable treatment of paying customers and potential customers. Please retrain manager and staff on how to deal with a large volume of customers. Each year the process of buying a ham or turkey or both gets worse. Employee Crystal Ford was the only one helpful and cared.
