NP Robinson is truly amazing!! She is so patient and knowledgeable. She made me feel extremely comfortable my first visit with her. She really cares and it shows. I find myself always reaching out to her with questions and advice and she responds within the same day. So happy I found her and will continue to refer my friends and family to her ! Make an appointment with her. You will not regret it!

Dr. Latoya Robinson what can I say, one of the best GYN & PCP I'm seeing. She take her time an talk with you an break down anything you don't understand with no frustration. Dr. Robinson takes the time to get to know her patients and you actually get your one on one with her without feeling rushed. She is also, very convenient to get in touch with. She is very genuine in what she does she really cares about her patients and there needs. Most importantly she doesn't make you sit around to be waited on, you are important to her as soon as you step in her office an leave out.

I had an awful experience as far as how they go about scheduling because I had an appointment scheduled for almost 2 months the week of my appointment they were sending me confirmations press C to confirm your appointment on Monday at 10 AM so I even called in on the Friday before Because I had some questions and they was like yes just bring your paperwork we'll see you on Monday. Monday comes around I received a text message 8:58am that morning saying your appointment Latoya Robinson is at 10 AM at 515 Channing road if you have any questions please call us and they had their number on there. I drive 25 minutes from Plant City to Lakeland and pulled up and the building was locked nobody was there no cars were there So I called the phone number and the lady answered and she's like oh well did you receive the text message this morning it's a national holiday and there was an error in scheduling and I said no I received a text message saying my appointment is at 10 with your address she says does your number start with 616 I said no my number starts with 618 the number you texted so I felt like I was being lied to and she says I'll take full responsibility for it and everything but it was a national holiday so we have to reschedule you and I thought that was absolutely irresponsible of them beings my appointment was scheduled almost 2 months 😔 why would your staff even try to text to reschedule the day of although I never even received that text. Awful the way they did me so I waited almost 2 months and will now have to look elsewhere for a gyn so I can get referred out for another ultrasound due to issues im having with my ovaries. I had the first ultrasound referred by a woman's place cause I had a free exam there but they said I would need to be established with a gyn for further care. Don't waist your time with Elite Health center😒

Dr. Latoya!!!!!! It was my first visit and I love her. She is so sweet. She explained everything from beginning to end. She let you know what she is doing at all times. My appointment was at 1:00pm with a full exam and me asking questions I walked out happy at 2:00pm no wait time at all. The receptionist was also sweet and inviting!! I made the right choice.

Ms Latoya Robinson NP, is possibly one of the best medical practitioners I have ever met. Not only was my appointment on time, she was early and very organized and knowledgeable. As to my exam it was extremely thorough with verbal explanations throughout. I’m recommending her to everyone I know!

Latoya is one of the most incredible nurses I've ever met. She makes me feel so comfortable and she genuinely cares about her patients. I'm so grateful she's my gyno and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Latoya is absolutely Amazing! She is very professional yet have the personable bedside manner you expected from a close relative. She listens to your concerns and is very caring. How many of your past doctors text you just to check on you? Mine does, Dr. Latoya is her name! She is the absolute best! If you're looking for a primary doctor I guarantee you she will work with you and your family to provide you the best possible care ❤

The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable and doesn’t mind taking her time to explain things. The office is very clean and organized and I did not have to wait to be seen. This is an office that makes you feel very comfortable and the doctor shows you she actually cares which is very rare to find. Also she makes herself available for any questions and checks up on you. I absolutely loved my experience here and I’m so happy I chose to carry out my pregnancy in this office !

My husband and I moved to Lakeland in May. I think God definitely had a plan for us by allowing us to fall pregnant here and for us to connect with NP Latoya Robinson. She made me feel so comfortable even though I nearly passed out on her at my first appointment (my bad 😂). I was more than willing tell her everything that is going on as if I've known her my entire life. She is so patient and knowledgeable. She truly cares about your well-being and takes time to answer your questions. It's not worth contemplating going somewhere else, Elite Health will take great care of you and check-in with you regularly (even clearly off the clock). Also the wait time has been 0 and the facility is tech savvy which I really appreciate! I will be recommending them to everyone I know. I couldn't ask for more from a health care provider!

My experiences here have been phenomenal. Her bedside manner is fantastic and she makes you feel comfortable. She explains everything to you in a way that makes sense and answers every question she can. If she doesn’t know it she will look it up and send the information to you. I have never felt comfortable talking about my health with anyone until I came here. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a primary care physician.
