There is a lot to be said about a place that just captures your heart and gives you a charm that makes you want to return. My wife and I stumbled into here... we wanted tea and had no idea what Kava was. The experience from the get go was welcoming and inclusive. The ambience relaxed and the people were passionate and knowledgeable. This is a little gem that let's you relax in a city that is always on the go and tense.

I travel all around Florida visiting kava bars and this is a great chill little spot, I love the iced cacao drink. It's better than any smoothie I've got. More potent teas than a lot of other places I've been to. Green is very strong!

The boba drinks are delicious. The matcha boba is my favorite menu item. I love the atmosphere and ambiance of Quinteassence.

Based off first impressions pulling in, it looks very small and quite uninviting, but once you walk up to the door you see they support multiple walks of life, stepping inside you feel more at home with the comfortable lighting, chill music, and comfortable seating. The owner was the best part of the experience having knowledge in what he sells and makes in his shop. He had given me information on many of the things sold and even how he came to know about the items and his passion about them. He's very easy to talk to and very friendly. He's got a nice and relaxed vibe about him and easily communicated with as well as informative. The overall taste of the products available is quite nice, you can tell they are quality and fresh just by taste and overall smell when consuming them. Will definitely be returning and inviting some friends to attend with me!

Hands down one of the coolest, well thought out, quality kava/kratom bars. The staff is friendly and ridiculously knowledgeable. The drinks are all of excellent quality, tasty, and perfectly priced. They have cool events every week so there is always something going on which makes stopping in randomly always a delight.

Really nice, welcoming spot to relax and get a delicious drink with comfortable seating. The staff is very helpful and I loved my drink recommendation. I also had my 2 toddlers with me. There are games and a chest board that kept them busy and the whole place is very clean so I wasn’t worried on that at all. They also have themed days of the week to make a nice place to hang out and interact with others if you are wanting that.

I've explored botanical bars around the country and this place offers the most creative and delicious menu you'll ever find and since everything is imported directly they will NEVER skimp you on ingredients. 💯 I drive past more than 5 "other" kava bars just to come here.

Absolutely love this kava bar in Lakeland!! I frequent this location often for great conversation, even better drinks, as well as safe and clean fun!! Love the owners, the staff, and the variety of social events they host! They also have tons of community use boardgames you can play, books to read, and is pet friendly.

They recommended a flavor of sweetener for my kombucha to pair w/ the ginger on tap today. It's very cool to see so many types of teas in the same place, too, so i can hang out for awhile and try different things at different times of the day.

First kava bar I've ever been to and only one I now go to. Service is incredible as the staff are amazing and super welcoming. Had no idea what anything on the menu was and the staff took time and explained everything to me. Community and events are also super well-planned and thought out.

I love Quinteassence! Great atmosphere, great drinks, great people. I love their root beer green soda as well as the blue lotus boba. Definitely recommend to anybody looking for a good kava bar in Central Florida!
