Rock Spa was top notch amazing!! From the rest areas to the jacuzzis separate ones for men and women but also one for unisex in case you want to meet your friend or significant other after taking time in the salt spa or perhaps the steam room…. Huge pool! The massage I got there was for 50 minutes… I only remember the first ten lol… the staff was amazing as well… one of my new favorite places! Oh and I need to add that you can spend all day here! Or you can spend some time… leave for whatever reason and come right back as long as it’s before they close! Lit!

What an amazing experience! I've had many Swedish massages over the years, and Victoria G is hands down, THE BEST! An added touch, you enjoy a small scoop of lemon sorbet afterward. The facility is well maintained and very clean. Nice, roomy showers, and an immaculate restroom. The ladies tending to the spa stayed busy keeping the rooms dry, stocked with towels, fruit infused ice water always nice and cold. Highly recommend for those seeking a relaxing spa day in a beautiful facility.

I definitely recommend Rock Spa & Salon. The staff is very kind and professional. My Massage Therapist was Gregg he was remarkable. They do complimentary champagne for Birthdays. The pool and food area is right outside the Spa. Which is very convenient. They have all the extra toiletries that you may need. You can come and go as you please until they close at 8:00 p.m.

This is my second time and both times have been absolutely awesome. The massages have been wonderful. There’s a nice treat, the delicious lemon sorbet at the end. The lounge areas are spacious and plenty of areas to relax. All the areas have clean and well taken care of.

My friends and I went to the Hard Rock for a girl's outing. We arrived at noon and we stayed until after dark. The spa is pricey but well worth it. An attendant is assigned to you after check-in, and you are given a robe and slippers to wear during your stay.The spa is absolutely beautiful, and the ambiance was relaxing and soothing. The amazing treatments helped us to relax further. Your robe is placed in a towel warmer during your treatments, so you are able to slip into a warm, comfy robe after your service. The scoop of gelato after each treatment added another layer of great service. We enjoyed laughs in the salt room and the steam room. This experience gave us a chance to relax, connect and be pampered. We will definitely be back.

This place makes you realize what high expectations are all about! Everything in the Spa is perfectly thought out in every way for a top notch guest experience. The vibes, the multiple lounge areas, the heated chairs in the unisex area, plus all the small details & extra amenities provided… beyond worth it!

This past Sunday was our 2nd visit to Rock Spa! We loved it! Great spot if you’re vacationing but also if you’re local because it truly feels like vacation. We enjoyed a one hour couples massage and my therapist Zultan was fantastic! We enjoyed the spa, sauna, and steam room. The food at the Pool Bar & Grille was delicious. They had live music which was also quite entertaining. We will definitely be back.

I love my service provider for a 80min Swedish massage! Ambience in amenities were really nice! Only thing I did not like was that they did not leave things to get ready with you had to request things like toothbrushes, shavers, hair ties. Compared to other high end spas usually those are available for taking as needed or liking.

Such a beautiful experience I had here when my friend purchased a massage for my birthday after having my first baby. And let me tell you, it’s a must!!!! And it was so clean and divine. The staff were friendly. I love the female only area option for jacuzzi, sauna, and relaxation as well as the option for couples area, which just has a large pool and sitting area. They had comfy big relaxation seats and their marble chairs were heated as well. They gave me a complimentary scoop of sorbet (soooo yummy), I wish it was a full serving , and complimentary champagne as well. I highly recommend this place for amenities, and would love to return for a yearly birthday relaxation. I think the massage tables were heated as well which is always a plus for me :)

Had a couples massage booked. My girlfriend was sick & vomiting the day of the appointment and physically could not make it. I called to reschedule and asked not to be charged due to her illness. Our appointment was rescheduled and I was never made aware of a move charge. At our next appointment, we showed up on time but got lost in the casino and ended up being 15 minutes late. We then wanted to re-schedule instead of paying the price of an hour massage and only receive a 30minute massage. We were completely fine with the re-booking fee but found out that we were being charged for both re-booking fees & then a fee per person. All in all we left having to pay $252 and did not receive a massage. I don’t understand why there isn’t a policy covering customers if they fall ill. After this experience and spending this much, we no longer feel comfortable giving the spa any more of our money by booking in the future. As a customer this was a really poor experience for me and we will not back. Additionally, it is very hard to contact the spa. They rarely answer the phone.

One of the best spa experiences in Tampabay... I visited spa all over the world and this is one of the best that I experienced. Zoltan Varga is a massage expert, he is amazing.. He addressed every sore spot on my body. You can definitely tell he has years of experience as massage therapist, He actually listened to my needs. My table was warm when i arrived and before I left he warm my rob.. excellent customer service! Aside from the wonderful massage beautiful, modern facility with several amenities. a co-ed jacuzzi and separate women jacuzzi, salt sauna, and steam room.

Spa is very good it was our second time , but something is wrong with scheduling. Scheduled 2 couples massages ( my cousin and her husband and my husband and me) . When we came and check in , the info was corre. We girls have been placed in separate rooms. And our husbands together. The massages started at 11:14 (due to it took them 10 min to resolve the problem )and they finished that at 11:49 . You pay 390$ for 50 min massage for both and receive 35👎🏻

There is something special about visiting this spa. Every staff member is uniquely brilliant in there skills and talents and simply a joy to be with no matter what service you’re enjoying. The amenities are second to none and you deserve everyone of them. My wife and I’s special spa in Tampa.

Truly a 5 Star spa! Beautiful, modern, clean, and very well equipped faculty. Love their massage services. There’s a barber 💈as well if you need a cut.

This spa es a hidden gem in Tampa, loved it. Went for my Fiancée birthday had a couple massage. If I would have known the spa was so much I would have been there earlier than we were for out appointment. There is in area for just girls o boys and a Unisex room which was where I met my fiancée. Lots of treats coffee, tea, snacks and water. Showers were clean and girls in there had everything you need even toothbrush you can definitely shower there and change and go out. We even had free champagne 🥂 for my fiancées birthday, let them you know if your celebrating something. The prices are ok to what it is, a fun relaxed day. Definitely something to try out if your in the area ❤️
