Absolutely amazing. Easy to work with, flexible, great communication. Excellent care and the kids were so so happy and cared for. We had a range of kids 4-12 years old and has 2 wonderful Nannie’s, Morgan and Brandi. They were able to wrangle the kiddos, keep them entertained and did a mix of Park and Resort for us! The pricing was great and super clear, no pressure when emailing back and forth. I promise you’ll have peace of mind and be able to relax while they watching the kids, they stayed in communicAtion and sent photo updates for us to just touch base that everything was going great.

Our nanny was awesome. The kids loved spending time with her. She knew all the spots at all the parks to keep the kids entertained. We originally were only booking for 2 parks, but Taylor was so awesome at the first park that we had to have her help at all 4 parks. She would keep us informed on the kids and send us pictures, which really puts you at ease as a parent. I would absolutely recommend storybook nannies. I know on our next trip we will definitely be using Storybook Nannies.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I found Storybook Nannies on social media and was skeptical about the service since we have never used a babysitting service when traveling. The moment I received more information from Storybook Nannies I felt excited to try this service out. They were communicative, friendly and their customer service via email was outstanding. I loved that they asked for information on the kids to set up the Nannies for success. When our Nannies Morgan and Mary started texting with me, I was even more excited. They seemed to be genuine and looking forward to meeting our kiddos. Hand off was seamless, my daughter immediately took to Morgan and even my son who is typically hard to hand off did well with them. They kept us updated on their status the whole time and even got both kids down for bed! We never felt nervous about leaving our kiddos for a few hours with Morgan and Mary and we got to enjoy our favorite parts of Epcot as adults which was fantastic! The next day my daughter could not stop talking about Morgan and how much fun they had together. We will definitely be reaching out to Storybook Nannies during our future trips to Disney!

We contacted Storybook Nannies about a month prior to our Disney stay. We live about 2 hours away and decided to make a fun 3 day trip with our kiddos. They were so kind to answer our questions and responded quickly. Our nanny for the night was Summer. She was perfect for our kids. They loved her and had such a great time. They had dinner at the resort together and they also went to the playground. She even got them dinner and put them into bed before we came back to the resort. We highly recommend you try out Storybook Nannies!

We could not have been more pleased with our experience with storybook Nannie’s. Mary was truly amazing - she came prepared with toys, sent us pictures throughout the evening, and took the kids on fun adventures while mom and dad got a night out. The kids absolutely adored her and she couldn’t have been sweeter. We will most certainly be using storybook next time we are in town!

We were hesitant, but decided fairly last minute to book a nanny to watch our three boys during our Thanksgiving vacation near St. Augustine, so that my husband and I could spend some quality time together. We happened to find Storybook Nannies through another agency, and boy are we glad that we did! This is our first time using a caregiver that we have not personally vetted, and it was such a wonderful experience! Storybook nannies were quick to respond, and very sensitive to the fact that we were new to this and somewhat apprehensive. They never seemed annoyed with my emails and questions, in fact it was the opposite, they were very eager to help! As for our nanny Taylor, she was AMAZING with our boys (3, 5, 11)! When she came in with a bag of toys and board games, they immediately turned off their devices and began playing with her! She was kind, patient, followed instructions well, and was such a pleasure to have around. The first night we chose to stay close, having dinner at the hotel, but she was so good with the boys that the second evening we ventured off property and had such an amazing date night! It was so nice to be able to incorporate "us time" during our vacation! We will most definitely be using their services again the next time we visit the area, and hope that we can work with Taylor again!! We have always loved going on Disney trips, but this time around I wanted to experience the park without my sweet (yet sassy) kiddos! 😆 Storybook Nannie’s was able to make this happen!!! Their response time, communication, and ease of forms made us choose them over another company that I contacted. Our nanny arrived on time and over-prepared ❤️for a night with with our 2 kiddos at the resort, while we enjoyed Epcot kidless 🙌🙌🙌 Our nanny sent pics of our kiddos having a blast, so I was not worried at all. She definitely wore them out 😂 and of course they had such a blast that they want to have her watch them next time 😍 Thanks so much to Storybook Nannies for such a great experience! 🤗

Storybook Nannies gave us such an amazing experience. As a first time mom, needing to leave my son with someone other than family for the first time was tough. They made it so easy! Kellie was punctual and so sweet. Checked in with us and sent us pictures while we were taking our anniversary pictures. When we got back to the room, my son was cuddling with her. You could tell how happy and comfortable he was with her. Will definitely be using again in the future and telling all my clients about them! Thank you for the peace of mind!!

Highly recommend! My husband and I were very nervous to leave our 2 year old for the first time. His nanny was Bri and she was amazing! We will definitely be getting a nanny for our next trip. So glad we did this. Mom and dad got a Disney date night at Hollywood Studios.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE ENOUGH- If I could give this 100000 stars, I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was our first time in Disneyland as a family with a toddler, and we were a littler nervous how he would do, especially on rides, and we also were a little upset that we would have to rides separately since our son couldn't go on adult rides.. however someone recommended us to Storybook Nannies. At first we were a little apprehensive since we never have nannies and this would be our first time with a nannie at a huge park, HOWEVER after reading all the reviews and watching the videos, we decided to give them a chance. AND I AM SO SO GLAD WE DID. Our storybook nanny was Jocelyn and when I say she completed our trip, she really did. Jocelyn came both days we were at the park after our sons nap, and spent the afternoon/evening with us. She was the SWEETEST person ever. She knew all the details of Disneyland, so she helped us plan our afternoon and Lightning lane times. She also knew where all the good snacks were so my husband was extra happy about that! She stayed back and pushed our son in the stroller while we went on the more adult rides, and she even took him to some rides while waiting for us. Our son is only 2.5 years old so he is very stranger danger, but with Jocelyn and how comfortable she made him, he was SOO happy and LOVING her! Even asked for her the next day! Having a Storybook nanny is SO SO SO helpful, she was able to head to main street earlier than us just to get us great seats for the parade, and hold our place in line for certain services we wanted to get done! She shared her location the entire time and even texted me updates every few minutes when she was alone with my son while we were on rides. This service is so great if you want an extra set of hands to help you and ensure everything goes smoothly. Even if you'd rather have your child at the hotel, they will hangout at the resort with your child while the parents go out and party! I LOVE LOVE LOVE STORY BOOK NANNIES and this was the most genius thing that i have ever utilized and worth every penny! THANK YOU SBN + JOCELYN!!

Brandi came to our resort two nights in a row - first to watch our youngest (16m) while we took our 4 year old daughter to MK to see fireworks, and again the next night to watch both kids so Mom and Dad could have a date night to do Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival. She was so sweet and my kids loved her! My youngest is tough to get to sleep sometimes, and Brandi handled it easily! She sent me tons of pictures and updates, and my kids had the best time!
